Hi all,
Thought I would share my favorite Ni200 build ... I've been using this for the last 4-5 weeks and it's been fantastic. I've recently started using a left-hand thread machine screw which has helped to perfect them even more. More info with the pics below.

Freshly mounted off the left-handed M4 machine screw. I place the coil on the screw, tighten the leads, and then gently position the coil to my liking and then unscrew the screw/remove it from the coil. The left-handed machine screw is used so that the leads are in the proper orientation - on the RIGHT side (3 o'clock position) of the posts which allows easy tightening in a standard clockwise rotation around the post screws.
I used some needle nose pliers to gently squeeze it together a little bit after mounting to get my wraps a little closer to each other. The softness of the Ni200 + tension wrapping around the machine screw allows this to happen without mangling the coil and still leaves nicely uniformed spacing. The super tight tension wrapping is performed with the help of a jig.
This is a ~7 wrap measuring .18 ohms.
Pic 3: Wicked with KGD Japanese organic cotton. Slight tension in the coil. Trimmed so that the wick will lightly brush the top of the lower deck.

Vapes consistently and wonderfully... and a very simple build to complete with a slow and steady hand.
