Cyrus - I have been enjoying that Banana Nut Bread. I am not quite ready to venture onto new bananas, so it has me content for time being. Please, let me know what you thin of the molasses. Lol @ girly flavors.
I wrote a long post on the follow up of the BNB (Banana nut Brownie) with FA Apple mix, but ECF was wonking out on me, and it didn't get posted. I'll try and keep it short this time around.
It's really interesting. Even with the Apple at 10%, it's still more in the back round over the BNB counterpart. It's sharp, and I attribute this to the apple. It still holds elements of the buttery-ness from the B.Nut Bread, yet, also retains some of that juicyness from the Apple, mostly felt in the throat. I don't know if this blend would benefit from additional sweetener, or not.
Things I want to try with it:
#1 - TFA Smooth. I have some coming in, hopefully (if it ever arrives), and though I haven't ever tried it before, from what I've read, it might tone down the sharpness of this blend, and round it off overall.
#2 - Lemon Juice. I've read that using this in fruity flavors help them "pop", so to speak. I do not know if this will increase the sharpness of the blend, or even if it will work out at all. Just a thought, really.
#3 - Allowing it more time to steep. I think we all know that this isn't gonna happen

I don't even know if I'd want it to. I have said before, the more I allow Banana Nut Bread to steep, the more the buttery flavor comes out. However, today I have been vaping on a bottle of the Banana Nut Brownie straight, (born on 11/18), and it's still fantastic.
I will say, this is an odd blend. I have tasted that fried apple flavor in a couple of hits. Other times I taste like a caramel apple sucker (on inhale, and yes, I do find this to be weird). I think I'm digging it, for real, but, it might need some tweaking. It seems that I get so very close to making something I will enjoy immensely, but then I find it's missing an element that I cannot describe. We shall see.
