Good morning lurkers. Sure is nice to be home. Feeling much better. On a no salt diet. Fluid restrictions as well. The no salt is ok, but the fluid restriction is tough. A 1000 cc total for day sucks.

RG!!! I am so glad to read that you are home!!! Take care of yourself and do exactly what the doctors tell you! Tbh...I could do the fluid restriction but the no salt would do me in. Lol

I almost never use salt as a seasoning in my foods but then turn around and eat chips almost daily

I use Nature's seasoning all the time, have for many years and don't miss the salt ...
of course I have gotten some complaints from others about my "healthy" cooking

Salt-a-Holic here but...if I had to do without to keep living like Race is having to do, I could give it up. The problem lies in the sodium that's hidden in foods.

I kind of drifted off to other things this morning and it's half gone

Well the water heater just started pouring water out this morning. Now there is water under the house and none in the pipes. The water is shut off until the plumber comes, which will be "late this afternoon or sometime tomorrow." This too shall pass. This is the day the Lord has made, rejoice and be glad in it.
