I like the idea of the screw, but not on the tube, can I get mines with it on the main top cap instead?

if the screw designs are still going to be on the tube, I prefer just using a bottle to fill it vs having a syringe to fill it.

or 45 degree angle for the screw on the tube LOL...

but when 4 people were negotiating to buy something and when it does sell to someone else, then one of the potential buyers starts making it anyway after saying he wouldn't well sir that is all about ethics,,,, not money.

Gummy have you been to the Nhaler forum or COV or Johnboy Usmc or 7 other forums and companies to ..... that they did Not buy " YOUR design !"

NOTE that Vermonster posted his start earlier in the thread , also IF you did NOT patent or try to protect your design that is your fault ! not MINE !~ . as I stated no one person can lay claim to this design .

I am increasing the screw size to a 6-32 this will make the hole bigger for filling , it also doubles as a locking mechanism for the tank.

#1, Mike, I think it's time to ban Gummy from the Subforum. He's obviously got nothing constructive to add, just dung to spread.

#2, Not sure what the exact thickness of the tube is... Lemme think... I'm terrible at math, but I believe it's 5/8" ID, 3/4" OD.

Nope I am not going to do that , He claims one thing and I did my research he has no claim to it IMO ! If he really had a claim or was smart enough he would have patented it IMO .

He is ...... that I actually did my homework and did not pay him OFF ! because it was a blackmail type setup I can tell you.

No, it cracked from the edge of the tank down. Like I said, I'm pretty sure it was user error on my part, dropping something on it in my bag.

I don't have it with me to post a pic ATM, accidentally left it down at a friends house last night. I'll shoot him an IM and see if he can take a pic.

I know we want to get back on track with posts on how the tank is working, and after this I will do my best to resist and not post any further comments... But I do have a question and only because several years ago I should have gotten a patent on something and did not. I just did not have the money, resources or know how to do so, and now it is everywhere. I'm past it now, but still curious. So here it is.

Isn't the modders forum fair game? I thought if you had a good idea you were supposed to keep it to yourself until you got the patent process rolling (hence the term patent pending) It's kind of like Steve Jobs inviting Bill Gates in, showing him everything and then getting mad Gates beat him to the finish line. So many people are doing what I thought of years ago now, I doubt anybody has a patent on it, but I can prove I thought of it first. My feeling is, it is my bad for not getting the almight patent and I am glad I made a few dollars off it when I had the idea.

Thats what I thought. I often wish I had kept my idea silent and took the time and money to get a patent. I'm not even saying they stole my idea from me. I did it on such a small scale chances are they just thought of it themselves. Truth is I lost interest in the project and stopped doing it long before they even started. But if I gotten the patent, I could of made the big boys pay me before they started doing it. Oh well, all is fair with love and war! Next time I will patent. How radical of a change do you have to make to an existing idea to patent it?

OK thanks ! the fit was VERY tight on these between the tube and caps might be part of the problem ?
I removed .005" from the o ring groove .

I have informed the Moderators of this fact , most likely I will get banned for responding to his BS in the modders forum but .... IT , Nhaler , COV , Liquinator and many others are using that same design but he SINGLED ME OUT because I did not PAY him off !!!
