not to start any fights but over on VF the earliest date i can find on any post pertaining to this tank were on 07-04-11. so with this date how is it that it can be said it is based on a tank my the people listed in your comment when the design here and in this link http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modding-forum/182478-hybrid-tank-mod-map-tank-gp-ssr-2.html (third post down) which was posted 04-25-11 are way to similar to be coincidence? the logistics of who is making money off of what is not my concern, but how can anyone think it is acceptable claim the designs of someone else as there own? shame on all for you for making something from someone else's design and not at least giving them credit for it.
What I have found is that these tanks have evolved and LOTS of people have been involved no ONE person can say they did it all that is FOR SURE ! ,
I am NOT taking credit for ANY of the design except maybe the locking screw the rest of it is modders area stuff ,We are working on improving it if that matters ????
I agree, this is modder stuff, far to simple for claiming whatever. It is a hype for now, therefore rediculous prices for stuff worth hardly 4 or 5 $ are taken.
Then, I bought four diferent brands of these, and will buy the buzz one as well, because these things do their job perfectly well, and the filling screw is a very nice idea.

Buzz posted that he was going to market an exact copy of the Gummy Tank a month ago. When I offered to sell him the design rights, we negotiated for days. then he decided to pass on it and told me that he wouldn't market it. I thought I had his word on that. Then to make it worse He goes back on his word. ( Also he scoffed at my fill screw too). He justifies it in the thread as ,,, "Well there are so many versions of tanks on the market that no one can say who's design it is"....... I guess that translates to "After it has been stolen so many times, it's fair game". or If you were dumb enough to post it in the Modder's section It's fair game. Hope you enjoy the profits, doesn't matter to me now, He knows I sold it to someone else. As of yet it is not on the market so I think I can discuss it. It just shocked me that he feels that the Modder's section is open hunting.

So the one in the modders forum the ssr what ever is an anodized aluminum tank mod? Or is it the Gummytank that is an anodized aluminum tank with a filler port. I find it strange that all of a sudden everybody jumps on this tank when practically every vendor on ecf is offering a tank of some kind. Or is it just a need for attention?
Another quick update. I had my buzz with the prototype tank on it all weekend. On Saturday morning my family and I left for the weekend to a theme park. My buzz and tank stayed in my laptop bag all weekend being bumped around etc... No leaks and it still vapes like a champ...

They're crying around in a thread in the modders forum now. He's yelling about profiteering and in the same post mad he didn't get his money. Me thinks somebodies needs attention senor.
True, everybody is selling them. What is this all about? Is this something personal, I believe so, a fight for a frustrated deal.

What about all the tanks everyone else is selling? Do you claim them too? Are you the tankmaster now? I think you'll find if you look at the tank Mike is making the only similarity to yours is it holds juice. I bet it doesn't even hold the same amount. I think with all the different tanks out there your deceiving yourself if you think they all copied yours. I have built a bunchy of them and until this never heard of your tank.
You tried to make a deal and it fell through so he made a different one. NOT YOURS. Does yours have anodized ends? I thought not. Does yours have a locking screw? I thought not.
Talk about ethics, do you have a mirror?
