Yeah they use CE2 clearomizers. I'm starting to like fillerless cartos. However, I'd like to see where this tank system goes
Supposedly the arry tank should be more durable than the map tanks, but we'll see!
I have a MAP and the thing I don't like about them and tanks like them is half of the tank is Delrin. That's a lot of space that could be used for juice. You can put fillerless cartos in all them I believe. I like the Idea of fillerless cartos but haven't found one that wicks as good as a Fusion does yet.
These tanks will take a CE2 XL no problem. Just cut a good size slot and rock.
The Arry Tank fits a standard clearomizer and I have some of those so I decided to give it a shot first. The new CE2 Deluxe at gotvapes seems to wick well, you just need to flip it upside down after a few hits and it's good.
Good to know. Do you think it'd work with clearomizers by taking the tube off? If not I can slot some standard CE2's once this badboy comes out.
You will need a shorter tube to use the standard length CE2s. I don't know about the clearomizers, I don't know how they match up with the CE2s dimension wise.
oh sorry I have the XL's. I guess that's something I'll need to try when I get one of these
Maybe someone who has one of the prototypes has tried them and will chime in. I stick with the stainless cartos whenever I can. Easier to work with.
Yeah I may switch over to stainless. I'll at least try it. I just like seeing all of the innards and the wicks floating. It's not a big deal either way. I'll use what ever gives me the best vape.
Oh ya I know that. There probably isn't a carto I haven't used but I don't want to flip my carto around between hits to get a puff that is sub-par to the Fusion I have in my tank. If something else worked better that's what I'd be using. Ive been through the atomizer thing, the dripping, cyclones, clearos, ego tanks, smokers delight cartos, ce2,3,4 etc. 808s, 901s, tanks, bottom feeders 4081s, i06s, 306s, dripping,dual coils, lLRs, HVs, and the list goes on and there is nothing that vapes as well or consistant as a Fusion in a tank. But that's just my opinion and they are like, well you know. That's why they're always out of stock though.
BTW that array is a good looking tank though. It looks like it's well built for a tank.

So does that mean that you can slot or punch a clear plastic carto and put it a tank. Don't know why, I thought it had to SS.
No reason you can't so long as you are careful(I would slot with a Dremel, a punch would most like just crack it).
I was actually thinking about trying a dual coil. I tried them once before without a tank and didn't care for them. They were dry almost immediately. I was thinking it might be different in the tank. I'm not sure what the masurements are but I was assuming the XLR and the mega XLR would be longer then needed for the tanks (if the tank is going to keep it fed with juice, who cares how much they hold)... The only one I saw that weren't xlr or mega xlr's are the clear ones!

The XL are the same size as the XL CE2s and work perfect in the tank as it is now. I still prefer the Boge cartomizers personally. Need a shorter tank for those.
The tank I have now is the perfect size for a fusion or boge. It sounds like Mikes tank will be about the same size. I assume the regular dual coils (the ones not listed as XL or mega XL) are the same height as the fusion or boge and will work in Mikes tank.
The tank is going to be available in two sizes, one for standard cartomizers and one for XL cartomizers. I honestly think the dual coil XLs are better in a shorter tank leak wise. You are better off when the juice level is even to or lower than the filler level in a regular cartomizer. With CE2s it's okay as long as you keep the fill level under the coils. I've been meaning to tell Buzz this but keep forgetting. LOL

So if I understand correctly, I have a shorter tank for standard cartomizers and if I want to continue using these when I order Buzz's tank I want the standard tank. This standard tank works better for the XL dual coils but how does it work with the regular dual coils.
