"got one off the classies"

tried numerous genesis setups, hybrids, whathaveyou. my mac 350 is by far my favorite. everything about this mod is super CLEAN, low profile (almost same exact height as my zen mini) and hits like a champion. got the newest run and its got nice brass contacts. the button has a great feel and perfect throw, liking the pocketfriendlyness of the recessed button, no misfires yet either. this is for sure a keeper in my collection.

tried the dual coil dual wick.. only way i could really get the ohms on each wick high enough was using 32gauge, and im so used to the 28g i feel almost weird using it... any suggestions for coils on a dual wick+coil setup? i was getting one wick and coil to glow nice, but the other wick coil was kinda lagging behind it or not glowing as bright. maybe should use just one piece of kanthal and start at the positive and use peter k method ? i tried just wrapping one at a time. just sed f it and rocked my usual 1.0ohm 5/4 28gauge on a fat solid double wick - i use the ones that ship with zen mini--wrap another piece of ss mesh on top of it--wicks ridiculously well never get a dry hit even holding it vertically, i dont have macs 'long lungs' but you get the point.

What is the best solution if you run a single wick in stopping the juice from flying out of the tank when needing a tilt?

I throw the excess wick that I snip off in the second wick hole on my 350 (I always roll an extra cm). I also tried using some XC-116. It's still going to leak when on its side but it helps.

I'm interested to hear other solutions too.

.8-.9ohms or so its a fresh coil itll end up at around 1.0-1.1 after awhile.

no hot spots ! a testament to how great the mac is, great positioning of elements on the atty deck.

its not crazy high amps.. like 5.3 or something....

still safe for the 18350s, they just dont last very long pushing those coils, maybe like 3 hours max on a full charge.

Hey all. Got an issue I am hoping I can get some advise with. Have the Mac 350. I have a max voltage reading of 3.2 v on brand new batts. Also my switch gets very hot when pushed. I have had this happening since I got it. I would like to use my Mac. But this is a problem. No shorts on the wick and this is not my first genesis rodeo. I have a sneaking suspicion is have something to do with the switch.
