For VV this type of circuit may work out to be small sized enough if you use surface mount components. I can't solder surface mount to save my life so I couldn't mock one up small enough.

Is there enough room in the 18650 version for 2 16340's? The 14500 would have many options for stacked batteries.

Can we start a pool to see the most popular voltage for vaping I am looking for top 3 voltages.

Thats a nice circuit. Not sure it will fit in the space allowed though. At least not without a machined solder.

Two 16340s "should" fit but they would rattle without a sleeve. 18350s would be better but I doubt they would fit.

definitely have to do at least 3.7 if not higher for the bottom of the voltage range. i am using the 3.7v e-power which is just like the noego. but while it satisfies me...i like the hit off fresh 4.2v 510 batteries. and i definitely like my 5v passthrough. 3.7 will keep me off analogs...but the higher is vaping pleasure lol thanks for the great thread and info on your noego! may your vaping be long lasting!

Just got mine out of the mailbox and have played around with them a little.

I am out of dual coils right now so I am testing with 2.0 cartos.

The look of them is very nice. They sit in the hand very nicely.

Poped batteries in and they worked... Great vapor... I like the feel of the switch...

They work as good or better than I was expecting. The 3.7V is very good with 2.0 carto's, can't wait for my fresh batch of dual coils to get here.

The logo is very nicely done. I would have no problem pulling these out in a formal setting or just out and about. I hope the finish holds up good to daily use and abuse. We will see how they look in a couple of weeks =] I probably won't use them when working in the yard as I would definitely mess up their looks with that kind of abuse, but that's why I made my flashlight mod.

The 18650 switch body looks like it should have plenty of realestate for VV. I will open up my VVeller tonight and see how well it slides in there. Might need to make the switch body for the 14500 a little bigger to accomplish VV however unless the PWM circuit can be sized to fit.

I am meeting a PCB designer tomorrow. I will let you know.

Here is a drawing of my concept for fitting an OKR circuit into the 18650 NoEgo. For the POT you could use a thumb wheel style and attach a lever on it that would stick out of the housing. It would work like the flame adjustment on a lighter.

I might just get my hands on some circuit board and try to put this together myself.

PWM could fit in the same type of layout. I think it could even be done with standard components.

This will probably work but make sure you ask about PWM because I think you will be able to do that at a lot less expense. I just don't know enough about it yet to give good advise. I plan on getting some components in the near future to play around with it. Let us know how it goes.

This guy we will meet designs PCB for different applications and will attempt to fit one it in the section of the switch you have. hopefully he will succeed and afterwards we will have to find the right manufacturer. He also believes that is possible to fit a digital display for voltage but i will believe that when I'l see it. Oh BTW he is an analog smoker !!! That will change soon!!!!!!!!!!
