Try this Moonlit, wrap a piece of electrical tape or even scotch tape around 3/4 of the carto on the bottom, make sure put it on flush with the bottom covering 2 or three of the small air slots. That will improve the draw for you.

Sorry to hear it didn't work as good as you had hoped washvap. It works really good for me but we are all different and have different requirements in vaping. I will agree the long charge time can be a problem for some but the reason for that is in the design and why you can get 1300 mah out of that small of a battery, it is the same size as a 1000 ego. You get 17 hours of vaping time out of one and it takes 8 hours to charge it. I have two kits so I always have plenty of charged batteries and at 50.00 a kit I can afford two. It is the best all around PV I've found in my 18 month search. Thanks for your opinion and truly sorry it didn't work out for you.
TX, until an engineer from the company verifies that the reason that you can't charge these at a greater than 150ma is because of the size, I really wish you would quit saying it. My 650ma Riva batts are shorter than the 650 Echo batts but they charge at 420ma. It purely comes down to what chip they chose to source for the charging circuit. As an aside, I finally found a 400ma charger that would recognize it, but it didn't charge any faster. We're current limited inside the battery as well. Pretty annoying IMHO. Otherwise, I'm equally as happy with the echo as I am with my Riva with echo-e cartos.
Sorry but I'm just relaying what the supplier told me and he did talk to chinese engineering dept. They said you will damage the battery if you try and charge them at a faster rate. I was talking about the size of the 1300 being smaller than normal 1300's. I don't know about the 650 batteries or their reasons on using the 150 mah chargers on those.
You don't have to apologize at all. It's not you or anybody else's fault for it not working for me. But thanks for making it clear about the problems that I was having with the battery and everything. Also, I definitely agree with what your saying. Everybody has their own preferences when it comes to vaping. What might not work for me will work awesome for others. I've just grown accustomed to my ego-t type b which some others don't like for example.
I also wanted to see how long the batteries would last me but never got the chance because I got irritated on waiting them to charge LOL. Anyways, I'm glad you found something that worked out for you and yeah, it's a good price for a complete kit. Like I said, I really did want it to work for me but it's just something that I don't like at this point.
No problem, I only wrote my experience and how I felt about it. If you got some spending money than I would highly suggest that you get a reo since you don't like an airy draw. It's worth every penny IMO.
I have some echo-e cartomizers. Works well, but I don't get much throat hit compared to dripping the same liquid on a 510. Anyone else have the same experience?
No Bob, you wont get as much TH from the Echo as a good 510 atty IMO.
It is hard for any carto to compare to direct dripping on an atty but if you want a carto and battery that lasts all day without messing with it the Echo is very good. I don't like to pack around juice myself or continually mess with it to work. The echo battery lasts me 17 hours and the carto lasts 12 hours for me without topping off. It provides all the vapor, taste and throat hit I need. The 1300 automatic battery is the best auto I've ever used and I enjoy using an auto more than a manual so overall it is the best I've used in 18 months of searching. The vape is very similar to the Go-Go which was my favorite until getting the Echo. The difference between the two is the auto battery and slightly bigger carto.
There's poly but they hold a full 3+ml's they are also great vaping on a vv mod and cranking it up to 4.3v it really kick Azz

Also, how can you use an Echo cart on a non echo/riva/ego.
The Echo-e carto is for ego and rivas. It doesn't hold quite as much juice as the standard echo carto. It holds about 2.5 ml.
The Echo or Echo e can be used on any ecig or Mod simply by using adapters !
I simply use a 510-901 adapter and run the Echo on my Provari with a Native 510 connection, just like you could run the Echo e which is a 510 on a 901 or 801 native connection just by using a simple chrome adapter. The cartos are 2.7-2.9ohms I have experimented with all the different voltage, running the Echo's at 4.2v-4.4v is top performance from my findings, they don't taste funny at all at these voltages in fact they even taste better to me and the vapor production also doubles compared to 3.7v Now if you go upward in the mid 4v to 5v the flavor gets muted but the range I'm saying of 4.2-4.4 is the ultimate with these Echo's. Now since Hangsen wont up the voltage of there Batts what I feel they should do is lower the ohms on there cartos, I would guess that between 2.0 ohms & 2.2ohm's somewhere in there would make these Echos even better in my opinion, I couldn't change the ohms to test but by upping the voltage I can somewhat guess where the ohms should be to maximize these Echo Carto's. Just like 2.0-2.2 ohm carto's are great on everything else like the Boge 2ohm these Echo;s would totally ROCK THE HOUSE DOWN with vapor and flavor at these numbers, again just my opinion ! It should be looked into I think it would make moocho sense to do so. Also dont get me wrong, the Echo Auto Batts are of the finest Auto Batts I have used and I give them a total thumbs up. I just wanted to test to see what the best ohm Echo Carto would be 2-2.2ohm would be best there is no doubt in my mind what so ever.!!!

I have a question about refilling echo e cartos. I used a syringe to fill the 1st time, let it sit, and made sure it was completely saturated. Is it appropriate to top off when needed by dripping into the polyfil from the top like a regular carto, or should I continue to use a syringe for refilling?
I think topping off is just fine, like any other poly filled carto since it's already been saturated completely with your first fill.
You can refill them either way. I use the syringe myself because I vape it almost dry and usually get between 2.5 and 3 ml on a refill. The main thing is not allowing any juice into the auto battery so I would remove the carto to do any topping off or refilling.
The statement quoted above is slightly misleading. If you get too much liquid in these cartos they will absolutely leak like a sieve. Even if nothing gets in the air tube they will leak. Does that make them bad or a "fail"? Heck no!!! That just means they are a carto. LOL!!!
Just fill them (or do your top off) on your desk or table and not on the unit. Blow it out when your done or if it leaks. After that initial "gush" it's done leaking. It's a great product but it does leak if overfilled just like any other carto.
