The reason I ask is because I just received these 808's (apparently) and they dont seem to incorporate the sealed connection. Keep in mind I know nothing about 808, but if this is a Reborn 808:

I was under the impression a 808 connection was male threaded like a 510, but slightly larger..
I guess this is not the case...

Just got my vape mail. My reborn 510 PBC's are also 808's. What's up?
I can see now the capacity is much less than it was before also. I don't think these will take a ml now. If they do I'll be shocked. They are definately redone with a taller base (hence less juice) but the pos connector still has a hole in these also.

yes i also got my 808 2 days ago.

i was hoping for a sealed connection, but i was ok with it unsealed.
i think the 2.4-2.6 510 are the only sealed ones.

i was also hoping for it to hold more, the newer ones hold 1ml.
i hope they can rework it where it holds a bit more, i find 1.5ml lasts me all day.

I got 808s BCs even though I ordered 510s BCs. The box is labeled 808 so it was a packing mistake. This order is the 1st one that I received that didn't have the correct items since my 1st order placed over a year ago so I am not mad but I am not happy that these new BC Phxs only hold about 1 ml. They increased the base length but did not increase the length of the plastic tube. Since I was able to find my 808-510 adapter I was able to try one and the new ones seem to perform better than the "old" ones.

It wouldn't surprise me if the 808's are not sealed as a lot of 808 devices are automatic and may need the airflow to trigger the batteries.

That produced a duh moment for me. I totally forgot about auto batteries. That splains a lot about why they keep most intakes down there.
edit: but at the same time it also creates the leakage that kills most auto batteries. Go figure.

On another note Wally, I took one of the mouthpieces and made it into an inner seal per your recommendation. I poked a fat needle hole in it for a fill hole. Little hard to find but it does do the trick. Thanks.
