These seem to have thicker walls. The 3mm od only has 1.5mm id. The site I bought from the 3mm od has 2mm id.
edit: they also have the 3mm od with 2mm id

Yeah, I ordered stuff from an "industrial supplier" (can't recall which one it was at the moment) a while ago and they did the same thing. Their shipping wasn't very expensive (wasn't very cheap either, IIRC
