Bill,
Can we get the recipe for Bill's Really Great Chinese RY4? I know I would need to order most (OK, all) the flavorings, but I do have my apocalypse nic and PG/VG.
Sure thing. I'll even go you one better. I'll post the "composite" recipe containing various flavoring options for the Holy Trinity components (
tobacco, caramel, vanilla). The percentages given are my recommendation, but you may certainly alter them slightly should you wish to tweak the recipe more to your liking.
ecigexpress has all the flavorings except for HealthCabin Vanilla and Caramel. If you choose to go with all Chinese flavorings, you'll need to order those two from HealthCabin. Otherwise, EcigExpress has everything you'll need in a single order.
Bill's Really Great Chinese Classic RY4
Tobacco:
3.3%
Tobacco Super-Concentrate – Tobacco Express
This is the very best tobacco flavoring concentrate I found for making Classic RY4. The flavor is plain, straightforward, relatively neutral synthetic tobacco, very middle-of-the-road, and completely absent of any exotic or eccentric flavor elements---perfect for Classic RY4. This particular concentrate blends nicely with caramel and vanilla and doesn’t stand out---again, just what we want for a Classic RY4.
Caramel:
(choose only one)
1.7% Caramel Super-Concentrate – HealthCabin
2.5% Caramel Flavoring – Capella
2.5% Caramel Candy Flavoring – The Perfumer’s Apprentice (TPA/TFA)
2.8% Creamy Caramel Flavoring - Lorann
Any of the four caramel choices is acceptable. Capella and HealthCabin work slightly better in this recipe, since they blend with the tobacco and vanilla for the unified overall taste we want in a Classic RY4.
Vanilla:
(choose only one)
1.7% Vanilla Super-Concentrate – HealthCabin
1.7% Vanilla Super-Concentrate – Flavors Express
2.2% Bavarian Cream Flavoring – TPA/TFA
2.5% Bavarian Cream Flavoring – Nature’s Flavors
Any of the four vanilla choices is fine. I used HealthCabin vanilla and caramel in the all-Chinese version I’ve been vaping today, but the others work equally well.
I used a 50PG/50VG ratio for the base, but that’s entirely user preference, except for 100% PG, which I personally wouldn’t recommend.
