Does anyone know where I can order the the type of plastic bottle used in the JB? Ideally it can be narrower or of a smaller capacity than that bottle, though of course the threading would have to be the same so it can be screwed into the atty housing.

Reason for wanting extra bottles is so I can easily switch liquids according to whim, same idea as people having different cartomizers around them.

I just noticed that the 6ml bottle sold with these 10ml bottles use the same cap. Although it smaller, it might just work. Not sure how it'll line up with the hole in the JB or how easy it'll be to push but it's worth a try. The are the same height but the 6ml isn'tas wide.

Hope this pix works, though maybe...I'll deny everything. :D

Since I have so many bottles lying around I thought eh give it a shot.

Unscrew the bottle that came with the JB and put some napkin under the tube if you like to catch any drips.

Carefully work the dropper tip off a 6 ml bottle. I used a vice grip needle nose since it was handy but any plier should work. I'm using the lemon meringue 6 ml sampler from NHaler right now in the JB but 6ml empty bottle should be available at lots of sites, maybe even your at favorite vendors'.

Insert the JB tube into the 6 ml bottle and screw the bottle into the atty housing. Threading seems to be the same for the Dekang 10 ml bottles as well as 6 ml bottles since the caps seem to be interchangeable among those 2 sizes.

The standard 10 ml bottle is too long for the JB to close the cover. Threading from 15 ml(?) bottles from GP, alternasmokes and electroniccigarettesofhouston are different from the DK 10ml and 6 ml.

A 6 ml bottle will fit into the JB at a slight angle and will touch the battery. No problems with the JB feeder tube sliding into the bottle as long as the dropper tip has been taken off of course.

Too early to say since I haven't been walking around with this temporary set up for too long but I don't notice any leakage from where the bottle connects to the atty housing.

Because the JB does use very little liquid (which is a good thing in not being a hog), I wanted a way to easily switch out liquids for variety.

Uhhhh... You need visegrips to pull off those dropper tips???

Helps if someone had superglued the tips as a joke.
Anyway, thought it's about time for some visegrip cheesecake.
(You can use your fingers or tweezers to get the tips off)

Need to order some empty 6ml bottles when I get some DIY stuff to switch liquids around in a JB.

Kemuri, if you are going to order bottles for the JB, order the 10ml bottles from US Plastics, not the 6ml.

For 10ml I will get the US Plastics as a replacement/extra bottles for the JB because the Dekang 10ml bottles won't fit a JB.

Don't know if you're advising against 6ml from US Plastics due to difference in threading which will result in it an unhappy fit with the JB. Or do you see other issues with the use of 6ml apart from threading incompatibility?

I've been switching between 6ml and 10ml bottles in the JB with no problems because the threading on the 6ml bottle from Nhaler fits fine in the JB. I think the threading in the 6ml empties from Juicyliquid is the same as the Nhaler 6ml bottles though there's only one way to find out.

Have had no problems with the flexibility of the 6ml bottle wall when pressing it to feed the atty. Works for me the same as with the 10ml the JB came with.

Thanks for doing all this contact work for Carlos, juicy97.

I'm only suggesting the 10ml bottle from US plastics because that is the actual bottle that the Juice Box is made to hold. Going with the old 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it' theory.

Now I have a question, that being said. When you have the 6ml bottle in there, does the pressure in which you need to pump the juice bottle change?

Maybe just slightly more pressure needed to press on the 6 ml compared to the JB bottle but very little difference really. Been switching back and forth between the bottles and no problems at all.
