In approximately one hour from now, I get to go home and do my best to mimic that dog. I can't wait.
Whilst enjoying the manly sport of NASCAR racing and waiting for the inevitable big crash my daughter and son-in-law interrupted my blissful revere by telling me they were driving down to Denver to buy a new bed.
"Why", I inquired, "looking to change your bedroom decor?"
Looking down at he feet and avoiding my inquisitive gaze my daughter replied in a barely audible voice, "No, not really... the old bed caved in".
I DIDN'T WANT TO HEAR THAT... IT'S TOO MUCH INFORMATION... NA NA NA NA NA NA!!!!
Now the whole day is ruined, maybe my entire life! NA NA NA NA NA!!!

This picture is inaccurate...the three trees growing into one..e.r...two trees. The curve in both is almost perfectly mirrored. Amazing.
Deceiving...the ferns look so small....

Ya...I had a forest like this behind my house,...but it was on a very steep hill. I practically lived there during my childhood. So many hours spent with my imagination....and friends. *sigh* Those were some great times!

Other than some coconut and Royal Palms I don't remember seeing any trees on Ft. Lauderdale beach when I was growing up... there was a lot of beautiful wildlife however.

I'll show ya some great spots for "blending in"....I'm thinking of one spot right above the big creek....mosquito netting and a hammock. 
That spot is easily accessible from the road...but I'm thinking it might be worth it to build a foot bridge and trail from the house. *sigh* Dreams.
