Im a firm believer that make up doesnt make women more beautiful more the opposite DW made me watch Miss Universe the other day and if you google the women and see pics without all the crap on their faces they are extremely beautiful with it all on I dont think so

Well that's good because the only time that I wear it is on special occasions and then just lightly. The one thing that I hate is when it's caked on. It looks so bad.
And then there is DH...he doesn't like it either.
Good evening Fine REO Folk. Just got in from trip to city for booze then several other stops mostly for food supplies. Told DH I'd be gone a couple hours... gone almost five. Parking lots jams but almost all people cheerful and courteous. Took DH's car. It is packed trunk and back seat. Near 70F today and wont get below 47 tonight so can't leave most in car overnight. Goose is in. Going to be fun unpacking it. Doing last part of roasting, in roaster, after breast removed to finish in skillet, two kind of potatoes, turnips, beets, parsnips, and carrots. Got a small bag of green peas, but only other veggie will be stuffed eggplant. Got lemons for lemon curd to put in baked meringue cups topped with candied lemon wedges or several fresh fruits. Going to make cornbread with fresh corn and may even do freash corn creamed corn (Darrell). Appetizers cheeses, fresh fruits, pimiento cheese stuffed celery hearts, deviled eggs, baked brie with fig spread. Soaking black walnuts in Makers Mark to use in stuffing and what ever else. May do some of those on baked brie. (Having MM and coke zero now to get ready to unload car. Why in the hell did the make drive way accesible door so far from kitchen when they built this house!!!????? It's a long hike into kitchen through three doors. Having second wiskey and coke now.) Brought home Jack in Box EGG ROLLS and grilled sandwhiches to hold us over for three days so I can conentrate on Christmas Feast. DH requested those.
Going to be warm till Christmas Eve night. Christmas rain first, cold, then we could maybe get a sprinkle of snow. It'll probably be sleet and ice though. At least it wii be cold enough for fire in fireplace.

Oh yeah Madera for goose gravey and sparkly for Mimosas. Of course Reserve Tawny Port, sweet Sherry for cooking and DH's Tito vodka. Got dates but not sure how I'll use them and a traditiona holiday cake that is sort of fruit but not heavy or like American Fruitcake. A few assorted chocolates and small lemon curd pie on shortbread crust in case I don't get the meringue cups and curd made. DH is starting Men in Black 3. Guess unloading car will have to wait.

Oooh, it was a bad one, Lisa. Probably 15"of wet snow and my snow-removal machine broke down. Got stuck half way up my driveway coming home from work. I was not a happy Roger.Hi Roger
We missed the snow...but I bet you got it.
I went through that once....got stuck on a mile long driveway behind someone else who was afraid to keep mashing the gas. So I had to walk the rest of the way through the snow. Sorry Roger...that would have had me PO'd too. So the bonus is you guys get a White Christmas.....we get more rain.
