So, last night I had a pisser of a bout of heartburn, and when it came back this morning, I had my wife take me to the doctor to see if there was anything better than TUMS to deal with it. To my surprise, he threw me into an ambulance and sent me to the ER.

Turns out the heartburn was a heart attack. So, now I'm sitting in the hospital with a shunt in my heart and trying to type with sensors all over my fingers and IV's in my hands. I have to stay here overnight, but hopefully will be out in time for tomorrow's vape meet.

CRAP!! I'm so sorry to hear that. Hope you get better soon! I'll be praying for you here.

OH No Dave! Have they said if it was a mild attack, how much damage was done to your heart? I've been there, it is so scarey! I hope it was mild, and that some stents will be the extent of what you need!!!!!

Thanks, folks, but really. I feel fine. Still a little weak after the ordeal, but I'm in no pain other than the thought that I have to start eating healthy and exercising once I blow this pop stand. Point those healing vibes at Abby and Lostknitter, they need 'em more than me!

Meet's at 1, and if it's at all possible for me to be there, I will be. If I can't make it, Sunny will show up long enough to drop off the prizes for the raffle and to put someone else there in charge of the meeting.

Eating better and exercising gets you one of theses smileys... Worrying about making a Vapefest after what you just went thru gets you one of these... Seriously maybe some rest and Im sure there will be other vape meetings.

Dave Im glad its just a minor now time to start eating Better Ive had to do the same to lower cholesterol but not as serious as you lets go on a diet man you take care of yourself and that goes for all of you that have stuff going on its time we all start taking better care {hopefully the real younguns are taking note too}
