Hi Nuts, and Scott and um, not sure who all else, but HI to you also!
Nuts, you do not want to go to NY Saturday night, it is out of your temperature comfort zone
And speaking of temperature, I just noticed that it is 69 degress INSIDE and 72 outside so the windows are getting opened for some fresh air.
We are having those frozen chicken tenderloins from Costco that I poured some terriyaki sauce (also from Costco) on to marinate, with baked (not steamed - baked, with olive oil and salt on the skin) potatoes (from Costco no doubt) and the frozen veggie mix from Costco. Since I can't shop, and DH LOVES Costco, that is what we get around here. I am going to have him wrap the chicken in foil (from Costco) so those little breasts don't dry up and then he can foil bake them. And come to think about it, I think he got some mini sweet peppers (from guess where? Costco) that I may have him slice and throw in the foil also. I am hoping this turns out well, and if it does he has another dinner in his repertoire all from his favorite store no less
