Well, had a few things on my mind for the most part. Found a property I like and for the life of me couldn't decide on a offer. Real estate here is nutso, so many investors from around the world w/ few homes for sale makes a real horror for most ordinary peeps here.
i cant go that long without sleep anymore. with that im headed that way so i can hopefully get up in time to get eds juice mailed out,lol nite all
I understand. I've taken to watching Hawaii Life since I met you and its a rat race. Def bidding war for any property up for sale there. Gorgeous houses though! Seems like theres only two choices. Houses in projects near the beach or country style settings up on the hills.
To be honest most homes here are nut really nice.....maybe the prime location and good size going fer at least 1.5 million. But yeah, interior of the island near town is mostly all mountainous so land is very precious. I live on Oahu where the population must be over a million peeps and it is getting overcrowded
