Got mine from WL too Ed. Their site did recommend someplace else while they were shut down but I think the cost was higher and nut sure about the quality

I really want a gallon lol. But liter is the biggest size i've heard so far. Of course I just recently started paying attention to DIY stuff.

I was supplying some canada companies with base for a while funds ran out for a restock so i stopped plus it was getting to be a PIA some were wanting different concentrations and I just wanted to do the 100 mg
So I broke down and went to mix a new batch of juice.
I think I changed brands on the caramel, and that is the problem. Dang it! I don't have any of the "good" stuff. But I won't know for sure until I vape this few mls in my squonk bottle. Or toss it...

U can do a partial speed steep and put in hot water for a while. It may help some.
I think it is the caramel, and steeping won't help. I just need the right stuff. I only add 3% of it to 4 other flavors. I am still working it out though. I just caught a whiff of what i didn't like and thought that might be what is wrong. I guess I do not like FA caramel
ETA: Anyone else use FA caramel? I wonder what the heck is wrong with it? It is perfumey!

Io my tried a few FA flavours but didn't like any. If I remember right they were too perfumey for me.
I just placed an order for the caramel I was using before, I got it from DIYflavorshack. I seem to like theirs okay.
