Hey Gang. No time to catch up. Grabbed a couple hours sleep, now back to it. This one sucked. Kept switching from heavy snow, to sleet to freezing rain and round agin. Even that huge blizzard just dumped snow and was gone. Gotta get sanding, no phone calls yet but will be if I dont get back to it. TTYAL Ed

Mother Nature clearly has some deep issues with you folks in the Northeast. I don't know what you did to piss her off but she seems to have her crosshairs focused on your part of the country about every other week.
It was cold back here in the West this morning, but the nice thing is-we don't have to plow cold.

You can have one custom made too. They have over 600 types of wood, and hundreds of acrylics if you prefer.

I had a wedge of roasted cabbage and some cooked carrots. That's it for me. I will grab a couple of pieces of candied pineapple later.

Had a big sandwich for lunch, so I'm just going to snack for dinner. Apple slices, strawberries, whole wheat crackers and sharp cheddar is what is sounding good.

Mom has fresh green beans and new potatoes in her fridge. I immediately thought, Yum, that would be good with some bacon & onions.

Actually bacon is one of the things I do eat! Bacon grease, coconut oil, olive oil and butter are good for us. I just don't do much carbs. No bread and only an occasional sweet potato. Gluten free too.

Just picked up a spaghetti squash to fix this weekend. And some chicken to roast! My convection roaster does a fantastic chicken! Just like fried!

My daughter and grandkids are gluten intolerant, (celiac disease). She fixed a gluten free meal for me one time and I discovered what gluten adds to food... TASTE!
