What I'm doing it seems is talking more tonight than my whole lifespan in Reoville. I accidently took a nap last afternoon and now my sleep cycles are a little wobbly

You know, they sell melatonin. If you are gonna stare at a blue screen you might think about picking some up. It would help you sleep when your sleep pattern is wonky. I learned that part tonite :)

When I did patient history's when they came to the unit, we had to ask a ton of questions. One of them was: Are you pregnant. The correct answer was N/A if this was for a man. Not applicable would not apply to a woman (even if she had a hysterectomy we would write that) and never N/A. IDK very well could be the answer. There is a big difference. Perhaps if you explained it that way she could get it through her thick skull that you do know what you are talking about and she needs to remain professional and not raise her voice at her clients.

Can I get an amen, preach on sister

I've heard that somewhere else too. I'll look into it. Usually just take benadryl. Been meaning to try valerian root, too

morning Val :)

I hope you are having a good morning! It's awfully early in OK isn't it?

I am still at night; I can't sleep on these narcotics, another reason I don't like pain pills. If the walking dead marathon wasn't on, I would surely have taken something to knock me out by now...

I've known her for almost 20 years, so kinda like part of the family. But that gurl sometimes gets to be so headstrong I can't even begin to understand her logic. This matter dealt with the seller's disclosure statement. One entry asked if all buildings permits were signed off by the inspector and he/she checked N/A. We all knew that there were permits issued and werk done so i says to my realtor they should have marked either yes or idk (apparently the seller is successor trustee) nut N/A Did the whole explaining thing before the comment that threw me fer a loop.

I take benadryl (diphenhydramine is the generic) usually with the pain pills. I get agitated and itchy. I have tried valerian, but quite frankly can't recall if it worked or not.

The reason I said melatonin is that article I linked to said that blue light from the computer screens mimics daylight, and stops the body from producing melatonin. So if you take some while on the computer, it will replace what you would normally be making yourself and put you in sleep mode. It is also used to acclimate yourself when changing time zones and for jet lag. I used to use it to help regulate my sleep pattern when I changed shifts, especially trying to sleep during the day. The stuff I had was a liquid, and you just needed a little dropper full. :)

Melatonin puts me out like a light. I usually have trouble sleeping on flights so I use it then
