The part of Canada that doesn't get enuf Snow :(
I had that laser surgery to correct my eyesight and it worked very well. Now I am older I need reading glasses, but they told me that would happen. It was the best thing I ever did, and my brothers both say the same as well. It is uncomfortable, I am not going to tell you it isn't. But if you can still take a chill pill then I would suggest it. I just went to sleep and the next day it was better. It wasn't HALF as bad as tattooing my eyeliner on. That had DH laughing his .... off, and all he could say was "Adrien, Adrien!" Which is why I haven't repeated that folly. But if I was told I could have laser again to fix the reading thing, I would do it in a heartbeat.

I hope all goes well for you.
My vision is better than 20/20 closer to 20/10 I just have a blood vessel burst in my eye

Let's just say I could get used to this real easily, Darrel.:)
Good to hear you're getting your firewood stored up ahead of time. That's just like money in the bank. Maybe even better.:)

How much wood do you think you burn in an average year?

Dont rightly know for sure only second year here and dont have a woodstove downstairs yet But i burn in the fireplace upstairs to take a break on the gas so i have 3.5 or so cords now one more load and i get tons of free lumber cuttings from the local wall truss plant so if I have 4.5 - 5 cords to start I will be happy this year then will see when I get the woodstove in

How much for you Roger ? I'm guessing even tho way more efficient I will burn the stove more hours a day so will likely go thru the same or more.

Gotta stay healthy for the little guy :), diabetes can steal away some of your activity if nut controlled. Thats how they say I got nerve damage down my legs.
