Im sorry to hear you're suffering j_fro bro. I started stretching when I was 7 and going to self defense classes. And I've only missed a few days of stretching since then. I feel like im still 20 but it could be coincidence also i guess. When I wake I immediately do a backstretch, laying flat on my back, bringing one knee gently to my chest, then the other, then both. Theres a few more movements, PM me if you wanna know. Also with the hot shower water on my lower back i do toe touches. Do you see a chiro?

This is just the worst re-injury. I start light pt tomorrow, with electro thingy too. I do see a chiro, and he is a "mixed" chiro, so he does not do the hocus pocus stuff, but recognizes sound medical practices, along with the spinal allignment stuff. I have been impressed to date.

Hey you guys are talking way too much. My post to Kristin about her battery was so late it's not funny. I think Sashwa should take 1/2 the keyboards away during the day too.

I empathize with all of you with back pain. I get it too. Whip lashed neck is the worst though. It gives me vertigo sometimes and now is one of those times but I don't want to spend the money on a chiro right now. Money is tight.
