Ya...I almost sent you one that sold recently for 475K...but then thought better of it. Figured you didn't need to see it....it wouldn't make you happy. I'm excited because we've movin up to the mountain where my FIL lives. Got 5 acres up there in the forest. Happy to leave the city behind. Then I can pee in my own yard if I want. ...er....maybe not.

Growing up we always had the one pound blocks, not mentioned in the article. Most restaurants/bakeries get the one pounders also.
Me too, Jeni! I have been able to quit fried foods, red meat, added sugar...but not my butter. The first semester of cooking school started a lifelong affair between me, butter and heavy cream.

Yep, I could give up chocolate before I could give up butter, I have been getting Land O Lakes butter with olive oil and sea salt for cooking, it is so good!
