whats everyone having for dinner im making tacos
I am having 1 1/2in grilled pork chops with my special BBQ sauce. Baked Beans and Broccoli.
Glad it was nothing major and the worrying never ends. Sleep tight.

Holy cow............ now that's some experience. I am curious how it would feel like you were living longer in Nebraska as opposed to living in Colorado.
I've never been to either place so my ignorance is plain.

Kind of a neighboring state rivalry. In one state, (guess which one), you can ski on the finest snow known to mankind, hike in pine tree covered forests, climb your choice of 14 thousand foot mountains, hunt deer, elk, bear, moose, and other tasty critters, white water raft crystal clear rivers and streams, fly and spin cast fishing, explore gold and silver mines and still standing ghost towns from the bygone era, throw on a tux and attend symphonies, plays and operas in downtown Denver or kick back and relax to a headlining country or rock group in world renown Red Rocks Amphitheater and the list goes on and on.
Or, you could move to the other state and... er... ah... watch the corn grow?
(They say the same kind of things about us but it tends to evolve around strange behavior due to lack of oxygen. It's all in good fun and so far no one has been hurt over it.)

Okay...that clears that up! 
Though, I do hear that the other state also has fantastic lightning storms. While I'm sure it's fantastic, I've been more interested in seeing Colorado. I'm rather partial to mountainous regions.
My pantry and fridge are full of healthy stuff.
I went next door and raided Mom's fridge...deli ham, potato salad and peach cobbler.

*shivers* Thank goodness we don't have to deal with a lot of flies here....unless it gets super hot. We may get one or two flies a year in our house. Perhaps a coffee can by his chair/couch might be a good spot to keep the swatter handy.
