This crappy weather is gettin on my nerves!!!
I've been trying to change around my flower beds and plant some new bulbs that just arrived and dig up the sod to make the beds bigger
and Mother Nature is being mean and having a good laugh!
I hope Pietro didn't have too many outside activities planned!

Thanks. The worst agitation is DW has never done a move like this before. Rather sheltered life ya know 
she's move from several continents before but only with what one can carry. Never move a household. 
so I need to continuously keep her straightened out

I've missed you too. I'm supposed to be working (according to my brain) but I'm just going to take the day off. We were invited by our eldest grand daughter to go to her birthday party this evening, so I'd rather be lazy this morning, then go shopping for her before we pick up my father in law and head over. We have a fragile relationship with a few of our kids and therefore don't get to see our grand kids as much as we would like.

Is she spazzing? There is much to do and it's very easy to get distracted and start worrying about the endgame before you've got too far into the move. Poor girl....give her a hug from me. I've moved whole houseloads on many occasions...I can't imagine doing it for the first time.

Hi Lisa! Have a good visit and enjoy a well deserved day off!
Wish you were here Kay...the roses are about to really show off, tangerine crossvine is full of buds, zinnias, lantana and encore azaleas are blooming. I'm waiting another two weeks to plant bulbs, just in case the heat comes back.

Me too...but only time will tell. Just need to hold our heads high knowing that we're doing the right thing, and can hope that our grandkids will still want to see us when they're older...or for some of them, will want to get to know us.

Well during the teenage years that might not happen. They sort of not to want to hang around us older folks.
But when you can take them shopping for special occasions and include some bonding time and build those memories.

Lisa, you just enjoy the occasion as much as you can...it's for her, no one else
