Good morning guys! Ran out and did errands early and now I'm getting ready to tackle some deep cleaning here. I got a new steam cleaner yesterday and I'm on a mission. Usually my missions don't last too long though.

I've told my good friend Karen that stopping vaping isn't nearly as hard as staying off the forums and visiting all my Great Friends. Been selling a few things on the classys lately and will continue to do so until my stuff is all gone. As y'all know I live with my daughter and keep her well supplied with all her vaping needs so guess I'll always be on in someways. I still read the lounge everyday and will continue to do so. I have alot of your addresses so don't be surprised if you get a note or card from me once in awhile alot of You have touched MY Heart in a Good way and Feelings like this will Never go away.

Who know s I might not be far behind you. Nic isn't the problem for me Im near 0mg now but I have been real short of breathe even tho I haven't had any tobacco in well over 2 years. With all we know about vaping vs smoking I gotta wonder what effects inhaling is having for one's lungs.

Gil I recently had some lung function tests done. Minor I think it was copd either way lungs have lost some elasticity. Tester and Doc both told me vaping shouldn't have any effect on it or lungs. Exercise is supposed to help so am going to invest in a new bike to help build cardio and lungs. Hope u find your ok thru this

Ya know that could be it. Since I retired I don't get any excerise except walking Ben and after 3/4 block I can hear myself breathing. Too much sitting here and in front of the TV.

I have the form at home to get work to pay up to $300 towards my fitness just need to get it in and get it signed
i get plenty of exercise walkin to and from the grocery store i just walked about a mile carrying a 20lb bag of kitty litter

I really like that! I would love one on my VV Ebony woodville! On my non VV I like to be as close as possible to the atomizer. Gives me the heat!
