No. And yes you. An vape with the black tip that comes with them that's what I use for at work as less dirt gets on the atty that way. But I do prefer proper drip tips. If your not familiar with 306 Atties clear drip tips are best. Avid has them as do many other suppliers.

so let me understand...you use them just as they are, with the black covering and without taking off the top tip?
Don't they get hot on your lips? they did in mine..

so< I've bought so many atties of various types i don't even know what i have...but one of the four i took out of the clear wrap was very strange to me...so I've been supplier hopping to try to discover where n what i bought.

So i discovered that they're 306's...and, to me, they're strange looking and I don't know how to use them. I saw pics
( I thought the long black covering stayed on it, so i put it on my grand, first took off the little black cap and saw, down in a little way, a small hole, so i squonked and tried to vape...oops, didn't work! So I put the top cap back on...didn't work...
Sso I tried to fit a dt over it..too small..didn't work..unscrewed it..the black case came off, what was left was a silver thing with a gold rim towards the bottom and the bridge sticking WAY out of the top) ha an awful time getting it off of the grand...
I gave up...ordered two 306 dt's from Rob.

My question is, did I break it?

If you need some 306 DTs PM me I don't 306 anymore and you can have them. Nothing fancy just the ones Avid gives out.

Kay, this is one of my favorite kind of 306 tips. They are pyrex. I don't have a problem with the heat while vaping using these.

Then you only know what deep throat feels like on recieving end. I don't think an atty could ever give a person that feeling on the giving side.
