Well dear please, please practice. I have those rules from DH but hard to follow. I still turn around abruptly to dash in a different direction and, luckily, most of the pack is behind me to break my fall after I trip over the first one right behind me; all too big to squash.
I know I've been saying this for months but I'm getting one of those "alert" thingies, this week; one that can be bracelet or necklace, water proof, and hopefully has the abrupt "change of altitude" sensors on it. I've had too many scares lately with phone out of reach. Actually it should only take one "scare" but I'm stubborn.Hugs, Alice

Doing ok thanks. Gatlin not feeling too good again. He's got another dang cold. . Getting excited about the house but afraid maybe not get it. This place would make Renee very happy.

Going back to work tomorrow after 9 full days off. I haven't even thought about work. I did some work on our company forum but for the most part, just chillin. I feel definitely recharged. Going to bed now. Hope everyone had a good one! Pleased as punch that Alice is back!
