Top of the morning to the Reonuts family, it is a glorious day indeed and one that should not be taken for granted. Is it because that big, bright, orange ball compliments the cloudless azure sky? Nay, there are many days that bring forth such visual serenity. Is it the hint of coolness in the air that previews the quickly approaching fall season replete with festive holidays and the promise of good cheer? One would think not since it is as repetitive in our lives as celebrating a day of birth.

Does the gloriousness of the day stem from the ability to take up a Reo, a model of individual choice and be cloaked with self-satisfaction as we bask in the knowledge that we have successfully defeated the ravages of smoking addiction? No, for it is our inner willpower, our desire, for what ever reason that we sought out the helping hand of the Reo to achieve our goal.

No, my friends, it is not a day to be celebrated for all it's glory for these tangible and self-evident factors, no, not at all, the cause for unabashed, reckless, even irrational celebration is much deeper than that. It is on par with the deep, abided appreciation for life itself, the anticipation of an event that gives us the greatest joy. For each of us it is a different reason to celebrate and for each of us we'll reach a personal level of joy. For me, this day brings forth a joy unmatched by any ever experienced;

TODAY IS MY LAST DAY IN THIS GODFORSAKEN FLATLAND STATE!

At 4:30 in the morning I shall head northwest to the great and glorious state of Colorado and I shall be eternally grateful.

(If my stupid truck doesn't break down again.)

May you all find peace and joy in your own way... as a matter of fact if you know a woman named Joy, give her my number.

It's not a question of if it would work, it's a situation of two insurmountable problems; first and foremost I am not worthy of a woman of your obvious class and distinction and secondly, I would be forced to constantly look away lest I be blinded by your beauty.

Other than that I'm sure we'd have a hell of a good time.

Hey all, new REOnut here...

Just got my first REO (mini red/black) in the mail today! :2cool:

I have two atomizers that I will be using as backup, but I have decided based on reading and prior PV experience, that I will be sticking with cartomizers. The carto's I currently have are Boge 2.0 LR's and smok 1.7 XL LR's.

My question..

With one pack of my Boge's, the orange colored ones, I am on my first carto and it has been working great on both my eGo and now my Mini...

The pack of black Boge's I have seems to only produce a burning taste from my REO. I prefilled them a tiny bit, say 8-10 drops... let sit, and gave a few squonks before a dry pull and then a real fire. The inside just doesn't look right to me. Inside the orange Boge's, the black coil seems completely contained inside the inner white tube... but inside the black Boge's, it looks like the coil is half in the tube and the other half is running directly through the filler...

is this normal or did I get a defective pack of carto's? is that's what's producing the burning taste??

can someone please give me a step by step on how to use carto's correctly with the REO, seeing as this is all very new to me but I'm super excited to have a REO. I fear my impatience will cause me to run through the black pack of Boge's.

Good morning, uAdC :)
I wish I could help more, but I'm not a carto user. However, perhaps I can offer a couple tid bits. First, for the sake of making things easy in the beginning....perhaps prefilling a carto might help. Second, when drawing juice into the carto the first time, care must be taken to allow it to soak in. Also, be sure to not over fill the carto, it will compress the center tube until it is hard to draw through. I wouldn't be able to tell you one way or another if you have a "bad batch" of cartos though. :( I'm sure a carto maestro will pop in to give you better suggestions soon.

i dont know what went wrong either.. thanks for the advice.

it only seems to be the black boge's that are giving me an issue. the orange one i tried worked fine. the smok's also work flawlessly.

i guess it seems to be the trend to switch from boge cartos to smoktech... seems that they are more consistent. will have to order more smok cartos soon.

please explain your "blind" squonking method... it took me forever to comprehend "squonk", so i'm in the dark on the different ways or types of squonking.
