Wanna do mine now?

The boys and their mom and dad will never give me any ideas anymore about what they want to they either get gift cards or moneys.

My daughter (their mom) will always be happy with gold jewelry but she looses everything so I refuse to do that any more. One year I found a real good deal on a set of diamond earrings for her so I got them. She managed to loose one while putting them on that morning - not the back which could be replaced easily but the post with the diamond.

Hi Jan!

Ya...I'm not a fan of money gifts either. Our GD asked for money for her birthday this time because she was wanting a new pair of cowboy boots and a carhart jacket. So we caved and gave the gift card thing this time. :) Oh and she wanted a specific movie, which no one has on the shelf, so we gift carded that too, knowing she could get it online from Best buy. We only found out what she wanted for her birthday 2 days before it, so there wasn't time for us to order it.

Morning Lisa.

The boys have always loved getting moneys or gift cards for their birthdays or Christmas. Then they can get what they didn't get but wanted. Last year my youngest (9 years old) used all his money for a Kindle Fire. :D

Smart kid :) Our younger girls love to shop...so they love gift cards for the experience.

Congratulations, Valerie :) Ya...we don't pay as much as we would if we used the iphone either, but we do pay a lot. Changed our plan recently and saved ourselves $80/month. So now we pay for 3 phones (2 smart and 1 basic) about $150/month.

I almost went with the Slll, but I slapped myself and bought the Sll. I couldn't see paying close to $110/month for 5G of data and 450min talk time when I could go $45/month for unlimited everything. I don't mind paying the bucks for stuff I really want or need, but a phone isn't on that list. Even though I wanted a new one, I didn't need the newest one. So this works for me. :)

Thanks to Pietro's advice I sent a PM to Bert1983, (Trippy Tip maker). Turns out he lives down the hill in the Denver area. Responded immediately to my PM and we're going to see about having my poor, broken Donut repaired. (Guess this will be a good time to have some custom tips made. I'm so weak.)

Jack

What a great vendor to have nearby. :) We're lucky we're so close to ecigexpress.

Good Afternoon All - I hope everyone is well - Me...not so much.

I went in for my tonsillectomy yesterday. Wow, that was a joy. And my understanding is tat it's gonna get worse before it gets better. GREAT! Positive note, I'm off from work for 3 weeks, I imagine I will be spending a lot of time here, Unless of course the pain meds knock me out...LOL

Good news, good news, good news! Meeting Bert from Trippy Tips tomorrow at 3 PM to drop of my injured donut for medical attention. He's checking to see if he has some tips that aren't spoken for yet. I've taken out a mortgage on the ranch and sold my skid steer just to raise some ready cash... you can never have too many Trippy Tips.

(Had to call a student and move a 4 PM lesson to 5 PM so I could meet with him at 3. A man has to know how to set priorities.)
