Getting serious about the packing thing but since we got stuff @ DD already it's like packing for going away over night.
Hell I don't get days off yet I'm out of town all week with my day job then when I get home all my mechanic customers need their cars worked onbut I love the money

Sorry...I got distracted. Not doing a darn thing here today. Got 90% of my floor done yesterday. Today is all about resting muscles and relaxing.Well since nobodies talking guess I'll go to work

I'm taking my laptop so I'll be around...just not as much. But that also depends on how much DD has to work and if GD has school.

DH is disabled and traveling is very hard on him so when we go, we go for at least a week.
He just told me the rain that we are getting here will be there the first couple of days.
The great thing about this is they have a big porch so we can still spend time outside.

Hope you get some good weather while your gone! Rainy days spend sitting on porches are great, unless you have creaky bones.

it's recoiling day, it's a little bit of a chore but at least I can reuse the SS wicks after a cleaning

Ya...we lost power for about 3 hours this morning. Wind is howling, debris everywhere. Wayne is down at the property right now and you can't even see the road. And his car is being hammered with flying debris. I expect we may lose power again at some point today. The wind is howling...but I'm glad we live on the north side of the hill. The south side is just getting hammered right now.

G'morning all. I just talked to my wife over there in Bellingham and she said it really windy and nasty. I still wish I was there.
