DH is disabled and traveling is very hard on him so when we go, we go for at least a week.
He just told me the rain that we are getting here will be there the first couple of days.
The great thing about this is they have a big porch so we can still spend time outside.

Sorry to interrupt, but does anyone know what type of bolt is best to use as an adapter for 18350 batteries on a Pila charger. Not worried about size, just what type- brass, aluminum. I'm off to the hardware store in a few minutes and search doesn't seem to be working on ECF>

Ya...we lost power for about 3 hours this morning. Wind is howling, debris everywhere. Wayne is down at the property right now and you can't even see the road. And his car is being hammered with flying debris. I expect we may lose power again at some point today. The wind is howling...but I'm glad we live on the north side of the hill. The south side is just getting hammered right now.

Things are okay....power has flickered a few times....and it's still a little blustery out, but much better than this morning.
