Morning all, been under the weather this week. Nothing serious tho. Feeling about back to normal. Missed a little bit of work time which was bad, but got some couch time watching a 'new to me' tv series. I didn't have time to watch tv regularly when Fringe came out several years ago. I found seasons 1-3 on dvd for 12 bucks each tho and burned through all of season 1 this week. Really enjoying it, reminds of X-Files a bit which was one of my all time favorite shows.

Also started recording Grimm and ordered Season 1 on eBay but I think i got burned on it. Will have to look elsewhere for a copy if it doesn't show up in the next week.

I discovered Fringe a couple of months ago and LOVE it. I burned through all seasons, streaming, late at night, and into night in a few weeks. It's hard to watch just one.

Glad you are on the mend.

Good Day Fine REO Folk. Stay safe and find and give some happy. Beaming safe to Jack.

Hugs, Feisty Alice

Lisa doesn't the caffeine make the headaches worse? :?:

Caffeine is a vasoconstrictor and does work to help some with migraine type headaches and others; caffeine in moderation. Caffeine is in some migraine meds. (Several years ago when I was on one migraine prevention med that caused me to be less tolerant of heat, and I was working outside a lot, I stopped it and used high caffeine, sudephed, and aspirin "cocktail" as preventive that helped some. But that's the only time I had high blood pressure; shockingly high so had to stop that. For years, if I wasn't on preventive, I would start 3-5 migraines a week or one would last for days after initial full day of non-functioning. One time I walked around with heat strapped to neck and cold strapped to head for two weeks. Luckily that migraine was not debilitating kind.) Eliminating caffeine abruptly, for a regular consumer, can actually cause headaches.

Well I had to root thru the freezer and pantry to make dinner so good luck. As far as the med cabinet I took most everything. I am a good addict after all  how's ya doing Tripp ?

I have one friend who used to ask me for Vicodin regularly, until she did a successful re-hab. We don't keep "major" opiates or such in the house. (Okay a few Tramadol.) In fact I've only taken Vicodin once in my life, when I had shingles, and it didn't end "nice." (Vicodin and Tequila don't play together well.) Not too long ago I found a bottle in the safe that we had for DH's father in late 80's when he was in end stage cancer. So all the time I swore to her that we didn't have any we did have some. I wouldn't have given it to her any way.

YAAAAAAAAY!, It's Friday! Best day of the week when we're still naive (and tired) enough to think our weekend will be super.:)
I worked hard and long all week skidding trees to the processor and he turned them into logs. Unfortunately, the roads are so wet and soupy that the logging trucks won't venture up the mountain to pick up a load. It's even a terrifying ride in a crewbus going to work in the morning. I put my seatbelt on when I leave the pavement.:)
O course, none of that matters now because it's Friday! YAAAAAY! Anything could happen between now and Monday. Nuclear war, heart attack, stroke...any of which would allow me not to have to go to work on that mountain again.
Just considering the possibilities.:)
