Just finished a bowl of leftover veggies from last night. The parsnips could have cooked a little longer last night, so I steamed them a couple of minutes today. YUM!!!
Shredded up the leftover chicken to make chicken spaghetti.

what I S chicken spaghetti?? don't get confused with the Rome-Italy claim under my name..I'm only (but enough...) half italian so.. no judgements on spaghetti cooking. the other half is finnish and we make makaroonilaatikko (plumcake style cooked pasta "box"): so, what is chicken spaghetti? it sounds yummi

Claudia~ Chicken spaghetti is in no way Italian. I do try to dress it up by making my own mushroom cream sauce instead of canned soup. I grew up eating it at family get together's. Comfort food.

That's great Kay!! The one on my VVG has been going strong for about four days. Had to put a Joye back on the Woody. Had fun experimenting yesterday though.
