Gah, I had to go to a meeting and have missed out on the last hour or so of the FDA hearing. Can anyone recap?

As for people complaining about catchup - lightweights. When I started hanging out here, 30 pages a day was a SLOW one.
You will want to see the president of AEMSA present his case and answer questions. It was only slightly emotional, but packed full of information and confidence. He did implore them to do THEIR homework. :)

That one lady who wanted to compare the risk in the first 3-5 years of smoking versus vaping was just an out right lunatic. I don't see the relevance of that question....at all. I wish they had put her to task to explain the supposed relevance. The FDA should be called on the floor in the same way they're calling everyone else on the floor. Just sayin.

She was trying to imply that over time e-cigs were just as dangerous...must have stock in the cig co.'s...

Yes, he was topnotch. He got just a tad testy towards the end...good for him!

If you think these guys didn't do their homework wait 'til you hear what the politicians say on the soon to come gun control issue. To quote Mr. Gore, the facts will become an 'inconvenient truth'.

...a book?? of course the fingers are crossed!

(mucha mierda querida! in bocca al lupo)

Hi Claudia :)
It is not a book so much as a monthly digest size real estate magazine. This is what we do for a living...we do two every month. I have been learning how to do it myself to help keep our costs down during the slow economy.

Sadly, while I was trying to watch the hearing about electronic cigs, I was notified that I had an improper setting selected and had to replace 22 out of 24 pages....which is costing me about $420. Yikes! So I had to turn off the hearing and focus on work to get it right before I lost my place in line in the printing schedule.

 Lesson learned I guess. Now it is printing and it is all good. Thank you for the crossed fingers! :)

Hey Lisa, for your first magazine production you did great! Yes, one mistake, but you will have it right next month! You should be so very proud of yourself lady!

It will get easier every month, soon you will wonder why you ever worried that you could do it!

You're right. I'm just glad that my nausea has subsided. I'm still shaking and I can't feel my hands or feet, but all in all, I feel 90% better than I did 2 hours ago. Now I just need to shake the weepies....I'm on the verge of tears.

AWWWW, Lisa needs a hug! ((((((hug)))))) I imagine it was a emotional roller coaster ride today! The magazine and the hearing too! Throw all of that together with this time of year and you are bound to feel a little weepy!

I was that way this weekend some. No particular reason, just times when things would make me emotional.
