I've used some nasal spray but this infection is spreading to my ears and sapping all of my energy. I'm also having some joint pain I normally don't have. I saw my doctor two weeks ago and she gave me 10 days worth of amoxicillin and it seemed to work, but a couple of days after the antibiotics were used up, I seemed to have relapsed. Seeing another doctor tomorrow morning since mine is off work this week. I'll plead for the good stuff, whatever it may be.

If the infection has spread to the bone then that is in need of strong anti-biotics. It is very dangerous. Believe me, my sister let a sinus infection get that bad and it almost put her in the hospital.

For others, the nasal spray works well. Guaifenesin is an expextorant. It loosens and clears mucus. The mucus from sinus drainage can start other problems in your chest or throat. These two with a decongestant to reduce swelling of the sinus can keep the infection at bay.

It's basically an irrigation system that benefits the little hairs in your nasal passages. Looks kinda ooky in use, but if it works, hey.

I didn't go buy one, I just used a bulb syringe. Filled it with some salt water and flushed out my sinuses. It was not the most pleasant thing to do!! But it helped when I had sinus drainage and swelling.

well i got a pleasant suprise. i just went to let the dogs out and some good samaritan used his snowblower to clear my sidewalks.
front and back as well as the sidewalk connecting both along side the house. to top that off he also cleared my steps front and back AND my patio. i've owned this house for 15 years and this is a 1st. i wish i knew who did this must be a reonaut or an equally wonderfull person

Your son isn't turning over a new leaf is he ?

i had planned to have him do it but it goes against my nature to watch anyone work without joining in.
just happens someone beat us to it. however i do still have a 2 car wide drive to clean off. that will wait till tomorrow

With my PC at home and my laptop at work I just don't think I would need a tablet. I did look at them as a replacement for my laptop for work. They are all too confusing for me. And the prices are way too high for what I would spend. I figure if I replaced my laptop with another laptop then I would at least have it to use at home if my PC died. Got to watch my money and try to make the best decision when a replacement is needed.
It was a splurge I wouldn't have done for myself. I love my laptop and keyboards too much. It will be great for after surgery and on my not so good days.

I'm back at work now, but we had a grand ole Christmas yesterday. The kids enjoyed their booty and even got a little bit of snow to play in. Even my 14 year old was keeping his surly attitude in check.

I just need to convince a doctor to prescribe me something potent enough to knock out this infection in my sinuses. I've been fighting it for weeks and it's getting old.
I hope your doctor gets you taken care of tomorrow! That's an awful long time to be fighting sinus infection!

Merry Christmas to all of Reoville! I ordered my first VV Grand on Xmas day! It's black wrinkle. Now how bout these RBA's. I've read so many horror stories about ppl trying to rebuild them. Has anyone figured it out yet? I still have plenty of LR510 for now, but i'm kinda intrigued by the Chalice. Well gotta grab a few hours sleep. Storm Euclid is nearly upon us.
Congrats Ed! You know the drill...pics please!
I'm absolutely loving my REOmizers. Getting the wick right had a little learning curve in the beginning, but easy now.
