Good Morning Reoville!

vqEjB.jpg

I did NOT do that this morning!

Made it home safe. A chore getting the van ready to go, but I did it!

Stay safe, stay warm, and stay happy!

So glad you made it safely. Was worried. This morning the trunk was iced over and stuck with about an inch of ice with snow on top. It popped loose but couldn't get it up. So hoped it wouldn't fly open during trip to airport. We took main roads up to airport and they were pretty good and little traffic on Turnpike. Started not to take it as not as much traffic to wear the ice down and much of it is elevated. Going through one canyon the road noise was loud especially inside car. Didn't want to make trip more of a bummer for DH as it usually is. (and he is going to a "nightmare" day as he was supposed to go yesterday. After got into airport the trunk popped loose but the ice and snow kept it from popping up. We hit one bumpy place and it popped itself closed after bouncing a few minutes. Whew!!!! It has been harder to close since the woman rear-ended DH sitting at red light; thousands damage. And then one morning at airport DH didn't close it well and a blast of wind flung it open and sprung the shocks on it so not good for it to be bouncing up. Electricity just went off. We got to airport safely and early enough we had to sit in parking until DH got his final gate confirmation call. And yes the passenger side back door was completely unlatched. Electricity back on. Could be glimpse of no electricity to come. And it's not even windy!! I was paying so much attention to driving I didn't notice the door open indicator on dash. Drive home uneventful.

Stay safe and find and give some happy.

Hugs and love, Feisty Alice

OK i but the bullet and orderd a REO grand and a7 Atty.
What am i in store for?

if you really love America your gonna have to love moonshine.

If the A7 is your first RBA, I'd recommend you get a few genuine Joye, Ikenvape, or Cisco spec 510 atomizers in low resistance (1.5 to 1.8 ohms). If the A7 gets too frustrating, you can slap on a 510 atty and enjoy fine Reo Grand vaping and revisit the A7 later.

Be sure to use AW IMR 18650 or Panasonic CGR18650CH (nipple tops) batteries.

Welcome, Keegan! :)
Well, I suppose it all depends on what you are accustomed to.

So your package will be coming signature required....so if no one is home to receive it, you will need to pick it up at the PO. The box will come with your REO, an extra 6ml bottle, a little smudge of Noalox (grey goo in a little baggy), some basic instructions and a business card. I don't have an A7, so I can't help you there.

The REO, once it is set up is relatively hassle free vaping. There is a small learning curve with the "squonking" or juicing the atty by squeezing the bottle. It may take you a few minutes or a few hours to figure out your technique.

The few tid bits of advice I would offer are:
Don't over tighten any atty or carto on your REO.
Do use the recommended batteries.
And most importantly, Do ask questions. Either visit us here in the forum or get a hold of Rob. We have lots and lots of information gathered...so most things can be addressed around these parts.

If there is any reading you would like to do on various topics, we've compiled an index of some informative discussions about stuff. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/reos-mods/270331-free-reo-forum-thread-index.html

Good morning, Reovillains!

I had a productive morning. Went to doctor's office, gave them a fasting blood sample (had missed my last two appointments to go in and bleed into a tube), saw the doctor, got a doctor's note for work and dropped it off (off today and tomorrow, screw 'em, I r sick), went to drugstore, came home with Levofloxacin and Methylprednisolone (say that five times fast). I may supplement these with vodka & oj and/or beer.

AND... since y'all are my buds, I'll go ahead and let you know what's going on with my family. My 14 year old stepson is not becoming the man we've raised him to be. He makes horrible choices, brings home horrible grades, and sometimes shows severe disrespect towards his mother. No disciplinary measures we've imposed have had any effect on his attitude and behavior. His mom won't let me drag him into the backyard and whup his ..., even though I've assured her I could do so without leaving any actual or visible signs of injury. We've sought assistance through various channels and have been dissapointed over and over. Recognizing that he has considerable intelligence and ability and the potential for a bright future, we feel it necessary to intervene before he ruins that future for himself. On January 8, he will be placed at the West Texas Boy's Ranch in San Angelo. He'll stay there for a minimum of one year. He has already been interviewed and accepted into their program and they believe they can help him. I have very mixed and conflicted feelings about sending him away, but if he will accept their help and get his mind right before he grows up to be an angry, irresponsible, young adult, it will be well worth it. Our family life has been way too chaotic for too many years due to his malfunctions and our inability to correct them. It's time to do something drastic. Val and I are at peace with this decision, even though it's heartbreaking. I'm not asking for any peptalks, commentary, or even approval. I'm just sharing with my Reo family because I've come to appreciate and respect most of the regulars who post here.

Thanks for letting me vent & share. :)

TL;DR: I got some good drugs (legal) and have two days at home to kill.

Tripp, I am so happy to hear you have found such a great path no matter how heartbreaking your decision is. It most likely will put a stop to bigger ones. The West Texas Ranch looks fabulous. I especially love the Animal Therapy that has proven over and over to be valuable for all types of "therapy" and teaching. These opportunities have saved so many children and families. I'm so very glad Devin was accepted. I'm so very glad you and Val were able to take this action in time. Congratulate each other even through the tears.

Rest dear one. I mean lay back and be as lazy as you can be. Drink those fluids; lots. So glad you are on a healing course. If you are not feeling better in a few days please discuss this with your doc or doc's nurse. Note I said, "feeling better" not completely cured. So please go easy for a week or more.

Much love beaming out to The Mudflaps, Big sis

Good afternoon for most of you! :) And good morning for the rest of us.
Today, I'm back at it....just updated some links on the site and posted my first solo project. I'm so excited that it came together with only a few moments of mind numbing stress.
Here's a link to the digital version of my first solo publish! Pacific NW Homes - Skagit, Island & Snohomish Counties Issue 92 It's not perfect, but I am my worst critic.
I have a few things left to do this week, but for the most part, we're taking it easy. Have a few more spots to deliver to, then take the weekend off!

Beautiful Lisa. Looks like the pro that you are made a masterpiece. You should be proud. Now, how do I know you are going to relish every single minute of "down time"? Enjoy.

Hugs, Alice

Thanks for the information.
I look forward to it.
As far as rba I'm very well used to Genesis atties and a spheroid.
Reasons for my interest in the reos are there's a huge following and i really need something for out and about that's rugged.

I have one big question. You see, I have the correct batteries, and charger, and cartos and even dripping atty's. I do not own a bottom feeder, and I don't understand the entire concept. How the heck does squonking into a juice cup fill an atty? Is it similar to the condom filling method of filling a carto, and if so, how does it not flood?

The cup is just there to catch overflow. When you push on the bottle, hydraulic pressure forces the juice up into the bottom of the atomizer/cartomizer, soaking the wick and coil. It's not hard to get used to, and soon becomes as automatic as flicking an ash off your cig.

Dripping attys? Are they sealed on the bottom? If so, that won't work. The bottom of the atty needs a hole in it for the juice to travel up through.

Vsummer, don't listen to anything Colt45 says, he thinks a personal vaporizer is something you put Vicks Vapor Rub in and inhale it with a towel over your head.

That reminds me... SASHWA GOT ME SICK AGAIN!!! (sniffle, sniffle, cough, sniff, AAAAHHHH CCCHHHHHOOOOOOOOO!)

I better be better for dancing this weekend and the New Year's Eve bash Monday. (AAAAHHHH CCCHHHHHOOOOOOOO!)
