just got home and thought i would check in with all my new friends
...today was a good day in real estate(not too many of them lately)...my cute young couple made an offer and got it accepted by the seller...real nice house...i am happy for them....then a nice older couple put their house on the market with me today....maybe the real estate market is picking up?? hope so....what is everyone doing for new years eve?? too bad we can't all get together...that would be one hell of a party....

Kay, I doubt you'll get your asking price because of the worn paint and the the image of juice in the bottles. I'm not saying either Reo isn't worth your asking price, but just buffering your expectations.

Wow, I didn't even realize there was juice in the bottles! I'd expect someone to offer less, tho.( And I took a half a dozen pics till I was satisfied,lol.)
Im still one of those atty folks living in the past. Seems ERA are the thing these days and what everyone is chatting about. Before my accident it was just a few folks who had them.

Thanks Tripp. Turns out I had 3 paypal accts lol. Just spent 1/2 hour on the phone straightening it all out. The paypal notice went to a email addy i no longer have access to. However the payment is confirmed as going to Rob. He may have sent my shipping notice to that old email addy also, no way for me to check. In any case Rob has been paid, Im not going to bother him. It should show up at some point.

As long as your current shipping address is associated with the paypal account used, you should be good to go.
