Thats unbelievable I've never had a TT before. Cant imagine how that will look atop my Black wrinkle VVG with a Reomizer.

Hulk HAPPPPYYY!!!

It should look really nice, harley. Inside it looks black with a little blue around the stem. Outside you will see black, dark green, navy, a little blue around the stem.

One might even ask one's self if the government's vociferous desire to reduce smoking is mere lip service that is overshadowed by their desire to collect taxes through the sale of cigarettes and vaping supplies.

Jack, we all know that is EXACTLY what's going on!The gov'mint will make vaping "legal" as soon as they pass all the bills to tax the crap out of it:mad:

No one gives a rat's azz about all the people suffering and dying from long-term horrible illnesses, that's also good business. They all just piss me off bigtime.greedy sons a b.i.t.c....

Taxing is one but not the only reason "weed" should be legal and taxed. The gov't would make lots of money and not spend billions on the failed drug war and billions more on keeping 10's of thousands of people in jail for a victimless "crime" and millions less on supporting the families of incarcerated victims and on and on and on. And part of the cartel issues (at a cost of many lives and billions of moneis spent) would disappear. Part of rant over.

Hemp is not the same as "weed." It has no drug affects and is a very environmentally responsible plant with few demands on the environment and extremely tolerant of many conditions and so easy to grow. Hemp has become big industry in lots of countries. And because of "...... madness" hysteria in the US it can't be legally grown here. Hemp.... rope, all kinds of accessories and tools and clothing material. I wear hemp clothing, grown outside of the US.

Logic and rational thinking is very lacking in our country!!!!!

A little ERA and Hornet update.

As many have discovered the top caps of both the ERA and Hornet can at times be a bit challenging to remove. Of the 7 that I have 4 of them required 3 men and a small boy to remove the caps. Tired of placing ads in questionable publications for the services of a small boy I decided to investigate and rectify the problem.

All of my RBA's air holes have been drilled out to 1/16th inch to loosen the draw. (Yes, yes, I'm a wussie when it comes to liking an airy draw. Don't judge me.) A quick inspection with my nifty headband magnifier revealed vary small raised areas around the drilled out holes. A round file made quick work of eliminating those. I then changed out all the o-rings and replaced the caps. There was definite improvement but still not to my liking. (I'm very, very hard to please which may be one of the many reasons for my perpetual single status.)

Pondering a potential solution I had an epiphany, (that's when a cartoon bubble pops up over your head with a light bulb in it), retrieved one of my Dremel tools and attached a buffing wheel that almost perfectly fits the inside diameter of the caps. To this I applied a small amount of fine valve lapping compound. Although I never lap valves I do use it quite often in gunsmithing work so always have at least one tube laying around.

Each cap required only 15 to 20 seconds of buffing but relieved the inside enough to where they now pull off the base easily but yet are more than snug enough to keep from accidentally turning out of alignment with the coil and air hole.

I'm happy.

It sounds perfect Sashie. Now if you'll excuse me I'm setting up my tent by the mailbox.
