We could make it work, but gonna take time and money. Property is 7.5k sqft, most about 5k here. It's in a cul de sac so almost no traffic. Detached carport, will need to enclose and attach to house. Addition has a metal roof w/ exposed ceiling. Terra cotta tile throughout cept fer kitchen. Kitchen needs work, roof shingles will need to be replaced soon. Honestly, I wanted to go home before even going inside (nut a fan of hollow tile homes) and didn't look into any of the bathrooms because I hated it right off the bat.
Actually hoping that house inspector can find sumthing which will be the last straw and change DW's mind

Actually the carport eaves about 3ft from the eaves of an already existing addition so hopefully will be able to attach just the roof line. Problem is that the carport is skewed from the addition. I wanna remove the metal roof over the addition and replace with sumthing that'll match and transition well.
Nut even sure how many bedrooms it has
House a little over 1.5k sqft but lots of yard space. Lemme go see if I can get more info

Norman my friend! I just wanted to give you some of my super secret househunting tips:
1) I dont take up much space ( that's a lie)
2) I dont eat much (that's a huge lie)
3) I dont snore (that's actually true)

i don't know why but i had a feeling that there was a pm on here from you....everything is as good as can be for now...Sis is excited about going to florida and her pain seems to be under control for the most part..i have no idea how long she has as i didn't want to know..all i know is that her cancer is spreading rapidly and her health will continue to decline...as long as she is able i am going to give her the best time that i can...i am hoping that i can book a short cruise for her after florida....if i can't go i will send her daughter with her....i am charging everything and don't give a .......
she still has NO idea what is happening...but she's NOT stupid and i think she knows something is NOT right...
we are leaving for florida monday eve and taking off from an airport closeby to my house...i would like to be home for easter but will leave it up to her and how she feels..
i moved a bed into her room with her and stay with her every minute that i can...that alone is making her suspicious...
i am feeling VERY depressed right now and NOTHING else is important to me...so i am sorry for NOT calling you...but i am not calling or speaking with ANYONE right now...
please give everyone on the forum my regards and let them know that i am fondly thinking of them..
