No, for me. I don't know why I just assumed that East Texans get some giant private screening to all of his movies before they even come out or something! That would be some great communal viewing party, though. I've never even been to a drive-in movie. That's always seemed like such a blast to me. I have no idea why they went the way of the dodo.

They're hard to find, we just lost one here in Phoenix (Scottsdale, actually, the reservation wouldn't let them renew their lease) and there's only one left in the state. Fortunately, it's only about 10 miles from me. We do drive-ins a few times a year, although I must say the AMC Fork and Screen theater has pretty much taken over all our moviegoing lately. We need to pay some more attention to our drive-in before it disappears on us too.

But they let me in, George.

Wow! Major props to the generosity of the fine person who made such a kind gesture in making the donations! While technically I qualify as a n00b pers the rules of the contest, I will decline in participating since I have several RBAs already. I just wanted to acknowledge and express my appreciation for the act itself and say how proud I am to be a part of a community that does things like this. We have some incredible people around here.

Been busy busy the last few days but life should return normal around wednesday this week. DW is doing very well and returns to work tomorrow. Continued thoughts for Ray and Carol. Will try and get caught up over the next couple of days here.
