I got middle of the night shipping notices from RTD and REOSmods last night. The race is on! Will I have batteries before REO or REO before batteries. ??? Maybe the stars will align and both will come on the same day. 
If history repeats itself, I will be looking at a beautiful, new REO and waiting on batts for a day or two.

good morning EVERYONE.....i got up REAL early today and took a real long walk around boca....spoke with a few dog walker people...it was great to just have that down time..
the only thing that carol asked me for this whole trip was if we can stay another week....supposed to leave wed. how do i say no? can't do it...so i am working on that today....just hope my (other) niece can stay another week at my house to sit my dogs....speaking of which.....I REALLY miss my pooches...
carol also loves her daughters comforter so i found it online and it will be at the house when we get home...
tonite we go to south beach where carols doc is sending us...for dinner...carol and i are looking forward to that...

Hey, has anyone seen Life of Pi? I watched it yesterday and was kinda blown away by it. Visually stunning and philosophically stimulating, it's one of those movies that feels about an hour long even though it's over 2.
Yeah I saw it mentioned in the Oscars or something so I took a look and glad I did. It's a fine peice of work, so which story did you believe at the end?

). My Kaiser doc is real keen to just give me a colectomy, but this new Cedars GI is much more hopeful that we won't have to go that pretty drastic, irreversible route. We have Life of Pi en route to our mailbox from Netflix, so now I'm even more jazzed to see it. Cappy, I hope that you find a way to prolong your trip and that your dinner is utterly delectable. Usually bites like this get worse for a couple of days. If I can make it through today tomorrow should be better. Have it wrapped with some salt and baking soda on a compress. That keeps the itching down. The swelling is about the size of a tennis ball cut in half in diameter. Center is a hard knot about the size of a 50 cent piece.

I had one like that on my FACE once but did what you're doing and it went away eventually. No scaring or nothing. Musta happened when I was asleep. Take it easy, nerak
It sounds like a miserable bite! I would be knocked out and slobbering on that much diphenhydramine though. I take 25 and it is usually gets me groggy.
I sure hope it gets better soon, and if it doesn't that you get to see your Dr. or urgent care. Some of those spiders have some terrible venom, and it sounds like your reaction is a bit over the norm.
