Hey, Nutz, can't you just buy some land and build a house? I've seen pictures, there's all kinds of sandy land right next to the water that no one is using... I think you guys call them beaches. Seems like a waste of good build-able land... not much good for growing hay though.

I gave these two Woodchucks seen HERE (2 left in the back) to a newbie couple 6 months ago because they wanted to try a bottomfeeder and didn't have REO $$. I haven't heard from them since then but today in the mail I got a rba from them. They didn't like the hassle and thought I'd would like it.....IT'S A CHALICE!!!!

Anyway, for an hour so far its been great but not special. Unless Im overly impressed by monday I'll make a deal with someone here for Rob's upcoming rba. If I do trade I'll send it to them immediately to verify it is in fact a Chalice...

Gil does it flood ? if it does its not a Chalice If it is a chalice theres no way to flood it

That's funny the onl vet bill I've ever had with my little 65 pound rotti was to fix 2 shepherds. She fixed them good. I don't know why I had to pay their vet bills their dogs started it. It's not my fault they lost

(I'm starting to reassess my stated position about polite Canadians. Apparently American culture is starting to drift northward. A direct result of global warming, no doubt.)

Just ordered 60ml of Cinnamon Redhots. It's the only TFA flavor I use and it's one of the secret ingredients in my world famous Apple Fritter juice.

Turns out ladies like the scent of cinnamon and apples as well as chocolate. Who would'a thunk it.

Thanks for the link but that wasn't me. At the moment just looking a bit and see what kind of dogs out there, because I don't have room for a big dog now. Used to have a Prince Charles Spaniel before which is a King Ch Sp but blem in color that was the love of my life. He went everywhere with me, even to work. I called him "Kellogg" and thats about as big as I can go here.

Sitting vaping on my mini wondering what'll happen if I don't go take a shower right away and go to work. I bet those movers will want to do my room first. If you don't pack they do it for you and I heard it ain't pretty.

Movers were due at 8:30 and had plenty to move... So i figured no harm. Well.... I get there a little after 9 and they say I am so glad you are here, they're packing up the rest of your stuff.

DW is as headstrong as peeps can get, inspectors report didn't sway her 'cept shes now looking for a better price. If seller doesn't agree then I'm hoping I'll be off the hook. I think DW was expecting to pay < $30k for any renovation/remodeling. If seller agrees to cut price then I'll hire an architect to get a better estimate of work. Remember that room w/ the metal roof? The whole thing gotta come down and rebuilt, DW was hoping only to change the roof. Thats probably the biggest expenditure among a slew of others.

What room? Write that off and look at the HOUSE you are buying. Architect? Is that normal? You are buying a house with "x" amount of bedrooms, "x" amount of bathrooms. The rest are amenities. What amenities does this house have in it that you want to do that much work to make it a HOME? If you can see the potential, and can wait for renovations (you don't want to live there during them since you haven't moved in yet) but are you willing to upgrade it? Even if DW is adamant now, she may be uncomfortable later. This is from a woman that went through a similar experience. All MY fault.

What amenities does this house have in it that you want to do that much work to make it a HOME? There are certain requirements that DW wants/needs before we move there. Security is a huge issue because of our business, can't go into details. Home listed for 4 bdrms but found that actually 3 with an unpermitted 4th. They converted a covered lanai into the 4th keeping the lanai's aluminum roof. This is substandard construction here. We need to attach the carport to this section of the house so a building permit is needed. Drawings will not pass unless the lanai (4th bedroom) is rebuilt mainly because of the roof and its supports (metal thats sunk into the earth and nut on concrete). Wood that encloses this addition at most is only 2x4 lumber, walls as thin as 3/8" (I think 1/4") plywood so I can't just replace the roof and its metal supports, gotta bring the whole thing down. Concrete floor/bottom of exit door in the addition also at ground level so can be easily flooded from heavy rains.

Most of the windows that do have glass are stuck closed, we need to fix/replace those as well as the ones w/o glass and only screening. Lots of floor tile are loose, evidence of roof leaking, gas heater at end of life span, the list goes on and on.

But like I said security is the biggest issue for her especially the carport and that 4th bedroom that she wanted converted into an office space. LOL, she doesn't like animals but had to agree on getting a watchdog
