Good Morning Reo-fam! I'm recovering from way too much food and too many frosty adult beverages! Looks like steak and eggs for breakfast. Then off to run some errands and pay rents. It is this quote, combined with the dumptruck of cash that someone just backed up to my door, that has prompted me to sell my Ebony/Quilted Maple VVW. As great a mod as it was, it just sat mostly unused on my shelf, looking pretty, waiting for its monthly trip out of the house to go to vape meets. It was so pretty I just couldn't bring myself to make it a daily driver for fear of that first ding, or scratch, or drop.
Today after work, Turley goes to Mckinney TX to a home where it will not only be appreciated, but used regularly. I'm both saddened and happy about the whole thing. On the upside, I now have a VV hole in my REO roster, so let's see what Rob can come up with to fill it.

Mckinney, TX....a new REOnaut to hound about Roll Call, or already in the family?
I really do fight becoming a REO collector. I want to buy every one I see, but I just don't have the money to support such behavior, and more importantly, I really like the 'maintenance' mode of vaping where it stops being a hobby and just fades into the background of your life like smoking did. Having a showpiece like the VVW made my position as a non-collector tenuous. It was the right time to let it go.
This will be a new REOnaut, and I sent him this way already. Matter of fact, Turley is his first bottom feeder ever. I tried to talk him into picking up a new or used metal REO to see if he liked BFs before throwing collectible cash at one, but he was not to be denied.
