So tonight I decided to do chicken strips. Boneless skinless breast strips are marinating in fresh grated ginger, garlic, light soy and honey. I can't decide what to serve them with though. Maybe just some sauteed veggies and rice?
At least I am UP and cooking a bit more now. I sure hope DH doesn't get used to it though

i lost track of when i quite smoking ....sometime in april i think 2 years now...i will never go back...took up drinking instead...JK

Cappy - i once stopped smoking one Christmas and New Year and managed 9 whole days! I had all that time off work and spent the entire time drunk! I was about 22 at the time i think, and when i totalled what i had spent on booze - it was cheaper to smoke.
I will be glad to make a year and i can hit that this August. Hope you're feeling a bit better - i read a lot of your posts but say little. What i will say - is my wife quit when i did and she has been a great support. She was smoking from the age of 14.
But can i get her onto a Reo?? hell no - she clamps her pit-bull jaws round that evic and it's all over!
