Good Day Fine REO Folk. Spent the night at new place cause too pooped to drive home. Have Lily Heeler with me.She is doing well but has to be by my side every second. She's not barking at strangers. Pretty great for dog just off the farm with no experience in regular neighborhood.
Speaking of sleep, I actually got in four hours this morning.
Forgot to bring any coffee so heading over to Teddie's place after Lily's potty walk. We broke one of the high temp records yesterday; close to 90F but temps dropped to low 50's overnight and I forgot to bring a Jacket. A bit windy, too. I have on thin Tshirt. 0200 walkies used a beach towel as shawl.
Hip was killing me in bed. Forgot to bring the space foam pad. Actually didn't forget but too busy bringing other stuff and it takes up so much room in car. I made three trips between here and house yesterday. Met more neighbors and ran into two I've already met. Everyone very friendly and welcoming. All say we've made on of the best choices in our lives moving here. They all have nothing but high praise for place, staff, and how it's run.
Reems, close neighbor, gave me the scoop on grilling so I'm keeping the big gas grill. I may be able to store it in covered pass way where one door to apt is as it takes up too much room on porch. Have to locate it 10 ft from any building when using it. For us that will be on curb. Otherwise I'll store it in garage about a 70 ft walk from front door.
Hope I can make it to January for steroid shot in hip. My current
insurance has 10K deductibl. Obomacare starts Jan 1. With our current low income I'll get huge subsidies so max out of pocket per year is about $2600 with max co-pay per year. My monthly payment could be as low as $0.0 with subsidies. I have several serious pre-existing conditions. Without Obama care I would be uninsurable. If I could afford my current
insurance there's no way I could pay the $10K deductible. As my hip has become so bad, just recently, I'll probably need replacement in next few months. Then there's the spine issues. All that could easily hit a couple hundred thousand in next few months. Don't believe the hype about Obomacare (currently modeled after very successful Romneycare.) not working!!!
