Drive by. View off of porch. Two garages across street and regular door are "maintenance lead", foreman, storage and office. I brought a wood panel to see if I can enclose the porch and small amount of bed between bushes and porch which will give dogs a place to pottie during foul weather, mostly rain, which won't be often. I have to stain them same color as siding. To left I'll have a really nice metal, fencing/gate I'm installing from post to siding to totally close off porch. I can put up a storm door with doggie door on bottom but it has to be white. So they get to lounge outside, on porch, while I'm there. Lots of really nice flower beds all over the place and adequate patches of grass with poop bags on poles. Fabulous, huge, green belt, not far away. One neighbor goes over there almost every day and hits golf balls across to other side. He said there's hardly anyone over there most of time. So I may be able to get away with off lead running of one dog at a time. I'll put an electronic collar on them to keep them in check until they learn their boundaries out there. I only use vibration and beep and probably won't need the shock function. It has 8 levels. I've used them in past for a few dogs, shock, when they run out and ignore my command to stop. It only takes one low level shock, with beep, and then beep works after that.
I had lots of questions for maintenance guy. I had ask same of one of his crew and was told to ask boss. He lives just a couple of units from us. He was really impressed with Lily Heeler. She's a super ambassador. She met about 20 peeps today. She spent a good part of day on porch with a long lead attached to post. It's long enough to reach almost to street but she never stepped off of porch unless I did. She barked once in 24 hours at a honking car.
Found out I can have car on curb but it has to be put in garage or parking space at night. That's really great news.
Find and give some happy.
