 Yep.

But I almost killed him again after he ate some of the soup I made and he said, "Good idea I had". I said, "And what idea was that?" he replied, "For you to make soup". ......, it was my idea or we wouldn't have soup after he ruined my pot O chili. HIS idea? I think not. I am in Alice mode and not cooking for him, but for me.

you can always pee in his soup....

... you know, like i did on his driptip :)

Good Sunday Morning REOVille :nun:
Went back about five pages, looks like everyone was in their underwear/ loungewear. Son brought newest lady friend home last night, so I was ordered to "Put Some Pants ON !!!" by Mamaw. (but I'm comfortable in my cotton boxer/ briefs)

Anyways, Have a Safe and Blessed Day REOVille :)

Notice the word "had?" Now the chili is a total loss and my beloved pot is icky brown inside instead of a creamy white. And with these there is no going back from the color change. It will just look like I am the amateur that I am rather than the conscientious user of a quality kitchen tool. Because it is icky burnt color inside. Every time I use it I am going to cry a little inside.

Ack! That's no good! Many years ago I was totally obsessed with a game I was playing. I was between jobs and had tons of time, so I would sleep four to six hours a day, and play the rest of the time. I had to eat one day, so I threw some chicken in a pan to cook, and then forgot about it till I smelled smoke. The chicken was destroyed, but I managed to scrub the pan clean.

My greatest absentminded kitchen adventure happened in my old 2nd floor duplex apartment. I had just bought some lovely noise canceling headphones, and was enjoying some music, when I decided to do the long neglected dishes. I decided to fill both sides of the sink with hot water and soap, so I set the water to run, and then wandered out to the living room. The noise cancelling headphones worked great! I didn't hear the sinks overflowing and suddenly remembered what I had been doing, and rushed out to the kitchen to find about a quarter inch of water standing in the kitchen, with a waterfall going down the steps. Good thing I had tons of towels, and a bunch of Bounty, the quicker pickerupper!
