Mornin REOville! Haven't had much to say lately, every things fine, getting super busy at work. Jen, so happy you are feeling better! Sending feel good vibes to all who need it. It has been really hot here, supposed to cool down a little the next few days, I get grumpy when it's hot and humid. Hate to turn the air on while I can sleep OK. Hopefully will have another week or so before I cave in and turn it on. Have a good Thursday all, Friday's almost here!

You want my recipe? It's yours:
I use as little PG as possible, but the flavors are PG so just make the base however you want. All flavors are TFA EXCEPT THE CARAMEL and it is important that you use DIYflavorshacks caramel. I used the other and it was "yucky".

RY4 Double: 6%
Caramel: 3%
Vanilla: 1%
Graham Cracker: 1%
Peanut Butter: 1.5%

add one drop of Wizard Labs Acetyl Pyrazine per 5 ml.

and that is it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

ETA: I think the AP is the same from wherever you get it, mine is just labeled WL. Here is the flavor profile:
Acetyl Pyrazine 5% (PG)
taste description:
at 10.00 ppm. Roasted, nutty, bready and yeasty, with popcorn and corn chip nuances
good for graham gracker flavors (enhancer)

So I thought I'd try this recipe out. Went to TFA and ordered what I needed. But like a dufus forgot the Graham cracker. Fine, I'll just make another order. Nope. Sight wouldn't let me put in another order. OK. Since I'm about out of my lemon meringue pie and coconut from Capella, I went there and ordered those and added in Graham cracker from them. Substituting flavors already. It should be OK though. I love just about everything from Capella.

Im from a small town about 40 miles west of Austin called Marble Falls. How about you Della?
I'm in the sticks...about 20 miles west of Nacogdoches. Lived in Round Rock, Killeen and Copperas Cove for over a decade so I am a little bit familiar with your spot of the state. I do miss the lakes of that region.

Ha! Kinda beat Nutz to it this time, huh? Think he'll be mad:ohmy:? Well, even if it's not this ^ sort of Thursday, I hope it's a lovely one still, REOnauts!

Dave, as it has turned out, pursuing print journalism has been a road to heartache for so many people that, in all honesty, you may have saved yourself a lot of anguish. I lost my job (I'd had it while already on Medical Leave from teaching) when my paper went online, but that was nothing compared to what I've seen befall so many Journalism majors. It's great that you had something to fire you up at school, though. And have you considered looking into submitting articles for local free papers and online outlets just to rekindle a little of that feeling? Of course, you know I'm routing for you to open that little restaurant in your retirement, so that would really cut into your citizen journalist time....So many folks don't have a zeal for anything (and such zeal is hard to maintain, I know) that I hope you keep either of those sparks going in some capacity, while you do what you need to for your family, your new and noble passion.

xxbodkinxx, what do you like to go by? That's sort of a mouthful ! Oh, I hope SO much to find my way to Austin soon. SO much fantastic music is currently coming out of that city! When did you get your REO? Which kind are you enjoying? I look forward to further meeting you:). You've found the forum's best little community!

(Edit: So sorry about your CC, Susie...I've had two bad times with that, and it's just the pits. I hope you get it all sorted out ASAP!)

Good morning Reoville!

I am home. Safe and resting.

I am worried though. I heard lots of news about tornadoes in Texas around the Ft. Worth, Dallas area. Do not know how close to Alice.

Anyone check with her? Do we know she is o.k.?
I don't have a phone number, but will shoot her an email.

Sorry to hear about the credit card mishap, Susie. :( Hope it gets straightened out.

Becky, I did grab the camera with the intentions of picturing the bench and living yurt (which got turned into a living gazebo yesterday  ) The bench is sitting in front of the big windows which have so many dog snobs I'm embarrassed to post and the gazebo is nothing but a few scraggly looking bushes and mud holes from yesterdays rearranging. Went from yurt to gazebo after seeing how difficult it will be to find a yurt roof and mosquito netting walls for an affordable price. Square gazebos are much easier to find and afford.
Here's a little bloom to brighten your day. The very first lily, with at least fifty more blooms coming in the next few days!

Thanks Becky. I was shocked, first time I've ever been a victim of cc fraud. Thank God I was protected.

Hopefully it wasn't something super sketchy. I heard someone had a dating site charge, but at least their spouse was understanding! I forgot which REOnaut that was?

I have been worrying about Cappy. Sometimes taking all that energy to travel can take it's toll. I sure hope everything is going as best as it can for both Cappy and Carol.

And for everyone else, I hope you day goes well and your aches and pains are minimal.
